This 4 bedroom beach house with a heated Salt Water Pool and Hot Tub is a luxurious retreat that boasts breathtaking lake views and all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The spacious living area is perfect for entertaining, with plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks for your family.

The house features 2 full bathrooms, ensuring that everyone has plenty of space to get ready in the morning. Each bedroom is elegantly furnished and designed for comfort, with plush beds and high-quality linens that guarantee a restful night's sleep.

Outside, you'll find a beautiful heated salt water pool and 8 person hot tub that are perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun and oversees the magnificent view of the lake from the hill. The pool area is surrounded by comfortable seating and lush landscaping, creating a private oasis that's perfect for relaxation.

Whether you're planning a family vacation or a weekend getaway with friends, this Lake house offers everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable stay. From the stunning lake views to the luxurious amenities, this home is the perfect place to unwind and recharge in style.
House Rules: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS PERMITTED, NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED

Jacuzzi: You MUST place & secure the cover on the hot tub when not in use. No Glass to be in or around the Jacuzzi at any time.
POOL: No Glass to be in or around the pool at any time.

Wash all your dishes and put them away
Please remove all garbage and place it in the bin across from he street.
Clean up after yourselves
Respect the neighbours

Rental Agreement - Guest must sign rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed.

Security Deposit - A $500 offline Security deposit hold will be required and a link will be sent to you.

The online check-in form must be completed in order for your door code to generate into your guest portal

Smoking/Vaping -Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarettes butts appropriately in the ashtrays that are provided. Additional cleaning fees maybe charged in the event cigarette butts are found outside of the ashtrays.

Shoes - We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as it tracks in a lot of things we prefer stay outdoors. Also we ask that feet get wiped off before entering the pool, hot tub and house.

Bugs- We recommend that you come prepared with appropriate bug repellent, such as bug spray, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your outdoor activities. Bug spray can greatly assist in minimizing any inconvenience caused by insects.

Unannounced guests -. We ask that there are no unregistered guest past 10pm. Pre check in form must be submitted- All guest must be registered.

Pool- Is open between May & September, also temperature will be set between 75 and 80 degrees F

First Aid Kit & Fire Extinguisher - We have provided both a First Aid Kit and fire extinguisher in case of an emergency.

Housekeeping - There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.

NOISE-GUESTS SHOULD NOT CREATE EXCESSIVE NOISE AT A LEVEL THAT DISTURBS NEIGHBORS. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM-8AM

Garbage - Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.

Parking - Please park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Appliances & kitchenware - Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided basic kitchenware for our guests, we kindly ask that you wash anything that is used. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.

Furniture and decor - Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.

OUTDOOR CUSHIONS MUST BE TAKEN IN AFTER EACH USE AND BEFORE CHECK-OUT. WEATHER CONDITIONS MAY CAUSE DAMAGE, ALSO UMBRELLA PUT DOWN AND TIED. FAILURE TO DO SO, WILL RESULT IN A FEE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE.

Pets - Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.

Towels - Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.

Water and septic - DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $5000.

Liability - The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other whom the invite to use the premise.

We wanted to spend the thanksgiving weekend in a different place and we all love to be close to the water. This house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, incredible views, all the amenities we needed. I would recommend it to everyone who loves the lakes and will definitely plan to come back in the warmer months

My friends & I (3 couples) stayed at this lovely home in August. A beautiful set up w/ a lovely pool, deck & patio enhanced by a gorgeous lake view. Plenty of room for cooking & huge island to gather. That said, all of the kitchen items were not clean upon arrival; we had to inspect everything before using, including the pans (one of which had leftover bacon grease all over it). The 1st floor bath is huge & gorgeous, but it is on the 1st floor (where only 1 BR is located). The other 3 BRs (2 w/ beautiful lake views) share 1 small bathroom w/ a single sink, toilet & shower; manageable, but to be noted. We were pretty disappointed most windows for the 4 BRs are either painted shut/do not open, had no screen &/or would not prop open. Over our 4-day w/end with 70s days & 60s nights, we were forced to use the a/c at night & even then, the 2nd floor was stuffy/warm. Lastly, we would be remiss not to mention the huge spiders & their webs. They appeared everywhere on the patio. The cob webs needed to be cleaned off the sofa set/umbrella by us daily or they were unusable. The outdoor dining table had them all over-pergola, chairs, above & below the table-it was too much for us, so we didn't use this area after day 1. Same for the 2 loungers near end of pool, sadly. This should be looked into for some sort of fix as the patio is the absolute best part of this home. The owner is very kind, shipping items to us we mistakenly left behind. Gorgeous view!!

Wow! What a fabulous house with every possible amenity you could ask for. From the moment you pull up to the front of the house, you are amazed at how beautiful just the outside is! When you walk into the house, you’re immediately mesmerized by the view and the decor. My husband and I and our four children spent the most glorious week. Anything we need it it was delivered to us immediately. Paul and Rui were incredibly attentive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay, everything was very clean, lots of supplies, property was even better in person. Lots of open space, 8 people would have no problem here. The pool and hottub were clean. The host responded quickly and check in process was very simple. The only con was there is not alot of privacy in the back yard. The cottage next door is very close. Other than that i would definitely recommend this property and we will stay again in the future. 5 stars all around 🙂
