"Because of this private location when you look out your window all you see are trees and bushes. However it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach."

"Sandra was a great host and IMMEDIATELY responded to ally our inquiries. The fenced in yard was great for the dog! Plenty of places to enjoy morning coffee outside. It was an easy walk to beach! We even found a bagel shop! "

While we appreciated the items above we had a few issues with the description of the listing. "It was nice to be within walking distance of the gorgeous span of Atlantic ocean beach. The house was in a great location. Beds were grsar, we all slept well. The bathroom was kind of gross and outdated (esp the shower), furniture appeared to be curb finds. For the nightly price i expected a bit nicer accomodations. Overall though host was fantastic, location was great, too. We were there for just a night stopover before flying out the next morning"

"It was a decent stay , only reason for 4 stars is the mattress is completely worn out and sinks in the middle."

"Great place and a convenient stay. A warning - the top bunk is really only suitable for a child unless you want to bang your head into the ceiling in the middle of the night. Would recommend!"

"While the weather turned a bit cold and windy. It was a great stay to unwind from a tough year. The fireplace was fantastic and so were the restaurant recommendations by the owner. Would definitely like to enjoy the property when it's warmer out to enjoy the outdoors more."
