The room was so hot didn't have no ac at all. Laundry was broken down didn't work. The staff really never cared about anything. They are so slow sometimes they never bring me my towels. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone else

The rooms are dated but my room was clean. I didn’t see any bugs or anything. The walls seem rather thin. The beds were comfortable. Lighting was very dim, TV didn’t work until my husband fixed it. When we first got there the maintenance man had to break into the room with a pry bar because the key card didn’t work. The manager did not like me paying through Expedia, she said she could give me a better price but in fact the local newspaper said the rooms were a certain price but when I questioned why she was charging over $150 more she said bc I was already a guest when I explained I was paying for the next few days so I explained that it should be like a new reservation she then changed it and said she only had 1 room at that rate and she had already rented it out that morning. This was at 10:30am and check in is not until 3:00 unless you are already my a guest. I never had housekeeping, I cleaned my own room and did my own laundry. There was no coffee maker, hairdryer, iron or kitchenette like described. I ended up leaving bc I felt like she was lying about the room price. We did not get our deposit bs k that she made me pay after I had already booked the room through Expedia. I may be wrong but I felt like she was pocketing some of the money she was upcharging. But she was nice, No one was rude and as I said my room was clean and free of bugs.

Got a bad vibe when I passed 2 police cars leaving the motel. Had to pay a $50. damage fee (refunded) or police call to motel. Room fairly clean but outdated, exposed plumbing pipe, curtain did not cover entire window. (10"gap). Stay here at you own risk!!!

Where to start. The front desk lady was rude because my flight was late and I was checking in after midnight. There were no batteries for the remote control for the TV, therefore no TV. They had NO replacement batteries on the premises. Then the cream on the top, I turned in the bathroom lights and 5 or more roaches suddenly started scurrying about. I went in the shower room and immediately saw a huge spider web, with a spider eating a recent catch. There was mold all over the bathroom. This was the most unsanitary conditions I’ve ever experienced. On top of all this, even though I did NOT stay, they refused to give me a refund, forcing me to call my bank and dispute the charges. Both the night clerk and the property manager, Crystal, were mean, nasty, aggressive women who did NOT care one bit about the inhumane living conditions. I have never experienced such nastiness and blatant disregard for human dignity. Unbelievable!

This place is horrible staff is not knowledgeable about puttying in a room for a night lost the money did not get my 100 dollar back for deposit was there for over 2 weeks never got room cleaned or get clean towels or toilet paper

Not a hotel - it’s a cheap boarding house.

This is NOT a hotel. It is only extended stay and will not accept reservations made on your website. Was told that it would cost thousands of dollars to rent. Since reservation was not honored, had to get a room at Red Roof Inn that cost over $200! This was false advertisement. It’s also a DUMP and lots of very sketchy people and activities were observed immediately. I want refund for hotel we had to stay in. If I knew beforehand I could have a room for around $100 at same place. Since it was last minute emergency to get room (I had the flu and was very sick so we had to find a REAL hotel). It cost over $200.

We did not even stay. Room was horrible. No elevator. Smelly. Lights did not work. Clientele around the property was scetchy. I asked for a refund and they told me to come back in the morning as the clerk had only been there 2 months and was not authorized to refund us. We found another hotel at 11:39 that night.

Roach hotel construction dump!

The hotel was under construction, and was more like a homeless camp than a hotel. The front desk girl gave me two keys to check which room I wanted. The room was not fit for living and the second on had roaches. I decided not to stay and will be looking to retrieve my money.

After booking a room and traveling multiple hours with my girlfriend and our pet to stay in said room, upon arriving I was met with a unexpected large fee that we did not currently have with no warning nowhere in the booking and nowhere on secondary site saying anything about the fee. As I tried to cancel my cancel and refund got denied because the room was booked at 7:00 p.m. in the evening but somehow they expected me to check in at 2:00 p.m. in the day 9 hours previous to when we even booked, so after fighting with the business and the travel agency for 2 hours in a parking lot hours away from home instead of sleeping on a street in the middle of nowhere we used what money we had left for gas and traveled all the way back home empty-handed and wasting more than just the booking but gas food and time. I will never recommend Expedia to anybody ever in my life and as far as Americorps ends goes I would notrecommend it if they were already dead. The woman working the desk was fine she tried to help me and she had explained to me that multiple times now she has talked to management about posting their booking fees and other important information on their listings and they refuse to do so. Only in today's world could a company take your money give you nothing in return, refuse to give your money back and pretty much tell you to get lost . Sicking display of corporate greed.

Spend a little more elsewhere

Horrible. Dirty, hydabed not a regular bed in the room, curtains filthy. I checked out immediately. I just couldn’t stay here.
