"Great location, very comfortable with fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful view.
It was a little unsettling to wait for the entrance instruction until 30 minutes before check in, but not a deal breaker. I’m just a planner and last minute is uncomfortable for me. "

"It was a great clean safe hotel (staying by myselft, I felt safe) The only addition would have been nightstands on both sides of the bed. I recently dislocated my shoulder so It was hard for me to have axcess . Other than that... great!"

"The room was spotless and classy with some local chips and water in the rooms. Excellent for our small dog with amazing views and walking paths. I would also recommend a local breakfast spot Ames Street Cafe. We talked with another guest and we both enjoyed the home made local food. The rapids right next to the hotel was fantastic for wildlife and cool scenery. Short walk see the Elk River to flow into the east bay. It would be a great opportunity for a summer stay if you can get a boat slip....

"Absolutely fantastic weekend getaway! The unit was incredibly clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed. We loved the activities on the rooftop - cornhole, jenga, grilling, and the view of the lake. The kayaking and tritooning was so enjoyable. Thanks for having us!"

"Wife and I made trip around lake Michigan. This was really a great choice, nice quaint little town. Within driving distance to so many things to do. Very relaxing on the water and waking up to beautiful view of Fife lake "
