    Disfrute de casi un acre de privacidad bellamente sombreada frente al lago. Hay mucho espacio para jugar en casi un acre de propiedad privada frente al mar. Esta joya solo tiene un vecino a un lado y mira a la Sra. Fideicomiso de tierra de musgo con 3 millas de prístina propiedad de campo de montaña sin desarrollar. La casa tiene una orientación perfecta sin sol del oeste. Relájese en un amplio porche y terrazas que atrapan las brisas de verano imperantes. La casa tiene alrededor de 4000 pies cuadrados que ha sido recientemente renovada, pintada y con muebles nuevos e incluye una suite privada junto a la piscina. La casa tendrá capacidad para 24 personas generosamente. La ubicación es conveniente para vivir junto al lago. We love this property as there is enough room for all of us. It is always clean and plenty of towels available. Great access to the water and the pool has great shade and sun!!!!

The house was very clean and so spacious. The outside space and amenities were perfect and where we spent most of our time. Perfect for the bachelorette trip we had planned there for the weekend. The hosts were very communicative and welcoming. Would stay here again! 10/10

We had a wonderful stay. The house was absolutely beautiful with a view and pool/hot tub that can’t be beat. The kitchen had everything we needed. And honestly, the whole house and outdoor area had everything you could need. All of the sleeping area options were perfect for our family. The game room was so fun to hang out in. We hope to make this our annual family trip destination!

Overall a great place to have a family vacation. The game room kept the kids very happy as well as the pool. One thing to note is that the bunk room is separate from the main house. If there had not been an additional bedroom there, our young children would not have been able to use it. We very much enjoyed the view from the patio. Would consider staying here again.

This was our second time staying at this property. It's a perfect layout for our group, which consists of a mix of 16 kids and adults. A great back house for the kids, one story, great pool to kitchen access. It might sound silly, but the commercial ice machine is such a selling point and so convenient - it will spoil you! Great communication with host. Convenient location to HEB for our multiple grocery runs.

We have stayed at this house now three years in a row. Property is always immaculate. Few minor problems this year, but they were taken care of swiftly no big deal. highly recommend this property fantastic place to hang out by the lake. We will be back next year.

Our family of 14 had a great time at Summer Breeze! There was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and is very neatly organized. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was good quality from the outdoor furniture to the games in the gameroom and linens and bedding. Property managers were very responsive to texts as well as emails. We have traveled to many VRBO's and this is the only one that has surpassed every expectation that we had. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect!!! The host was very responsive to all our questions and very accommodating. We had a large family reunion here and everyone had plenty of space and so much fun with the pool, lake, and game room! Would definitely come back!!!!!

Perfect for Large Group

This house had everything we needed to host friends and family for a getaway weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone and the game room area was a big hit. Very peaceful and relaxing location on the lake! Would definitely stay here again.
