Lake Front Home on Open Water

  • Come relax and enjoy beautiful lake LBJ in this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located on 100 ft of open lake front. This house has 2 levels, with the master bedroom and 2 bedrooms downstairs, and a 4th large bedroom upstairs with a loft. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a queen size bed, and the loft is furnished with 3 twin beds plus a full size futon. In addition, the downstairs living room as a fold-out sleeper sofa.

    This house is ideal for multiple families to spend time together at the lake. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there is also a full and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs. The upstairs bedroom and loft share a Jack and Jill bathroom, each with its own private vanity.

    This clean and inviting home is situated along 100 feet of open water with fantastic sunset views. The home also has a covered outdoor living area equipped with an outdoor refrigerator, barbecue grill, pizza oven, fireplace, patio furniture, with cabinetry and granite countertops making it the perfect spot for enjoying dinner, drinks, and watching the sunset. There is also an uncovered wood deck which is ideal for sunbathing by day, and star gazing by night.

    The water front includes a dock with boat lift, double jet ski ramp, plenty of open water for swimming, floating and fishing. Plenty of open grass area for yard games and hanging out. A private neighborhood boat launch is conveniently located just 100 ft. away.

We had a great time staying at this home on Lake LBJ. It had everything we needed within the home and some water toys to enjoy the lake. It was conveniently located right by the lake with stairs to easily get in and out of the water.

The lake view and dock was beautiful, gave a few people opportunity to fish. 7 y/o granddtr was only one that caught fish but all had a great time. We enjoyed all the outdoor seating areas that were available, especially in the grass under shade of a big tree. Thank you for all the outdoor chairs that are provided.

Great property

Stayed with a group of friends and had an amazing time. House was very nice, and the property and lake access was perfect for hanging out and swimming.

This house fits our extended family perfectly. We love the lake access and the location of this property. Tom is great and communication is super easy. This year was our second stay and we plan to return.

Lake LBJ

Perfect location on the lake, very convenient to have a boat launch across the street. House has everything needed, very clean. We had a great trip. Owners are very attentive and easily accessible. Hope we can return next year.

Granite Lake Home- Excellent Vacation

Great family gathering place - wonderfully responsive hosts

We were in town for a large family reunion and we used this as one of the places to crash. Wonderful setup and friendly hosts. Right on the water for easy access to the lake. The check in and out was painless with great communication from the host. Thank you and we plan on coming again.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for the family. Check in was easy and the house was clean. Kitchen was well equipped for the basic cooking we did. Grilling was easy and the covered patio was very convenient. We chose this house because of the docks for fishing. The outdoor area was great. The docks are just a few steps from the back porch. We spread out a blanket each afternoon and enjoyed the shaded grassy yard. Fishing was a success, lots of blue gills, some catfish, and even a small bass. My grandson and my husband loved it! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great place to get away

The home itself exceeded expectations. It’s a great spot to hangout with a large group for friends and family. Lots of room to hangout, grill and just chill out at the lake. Tracy was very responsive and answered every question we had in a timely manner.

Family Getaway

We absolutely love the location of your property. The house is clean and kid friendly. We enjoyed all the patio and dock space for boating and hanging out in the lake all day. The kids loved the stair access for swimming and jumping off the dock into the lake. We thank you for letting us use your paddle board and kayak we had the best time and had a great vacation. Would love to stay again in the future.

Amazing location!

Owner responded so quickly if I had any questions prior to our arrival! House was incredible…pictures did not do it justice…the outdoor patio is Perfect! We caught over 60 fish! We will make this a yearly trip at this house/location! This location is the Best!!!!

Five stars all around

Tracy and Joe’s lakeside house is a hidden gem. Ample of space for a upto three families with kids. you are right on the lake, dip your feet or go for a swim. Launch your boat or rent a boat nearby. We went when the wildflowers are in bloom all over. A must see!

Beautiful!!

We have stayed in so many VRBO’s from the coast to the lakes. This is, by far, the best stocked and up to date. The kitchen had good pots and pans, good utensils and good peripherals!! I always have to bring my own baking sheets, frying pans, etc. I could have left my stuff at home! The adults and grandkids had a blast!! Highly recommend.

Memorial Day 2025

Overall was a good stay. Host was easy to reach and friendly. Unfortunately, the house was not cleaned well in between guests. The boat lift was not functioning and the power to the dock was completely out so we couldn't enjoy it or fish past dark. Host was apologetic and I believe will fix these for the next guests but it did put a small damper on the weekend.

Multi-Generational Thanksgiving Gathering

Our extended family of 12 spent thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful lakefront home and had a wonderful time! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the space provided plenty of room for us all without being cramped. Since it was cool, the outdoor fireplace allowed us to enjoy the gorgeous views of the lake throughout the day and well into the evening. If there had been a tv on the patio where we could have watched all the football games, I’m pretty sure we would have not gone inside except to eat and sleep - and play a few games around the table! Tracy was a most gracious host responding quickly to my questions, had a full propane tank ready for us to grill our steaks, and even took out extra steak knives so no one had to share! I hope we can return this summer to take full advantage of the property being right on the water, but in the meantime I highly recommend this beautiful lakefront home to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy the scenery!

Wonderful location

A group of girlfriends had a great weekend in this comfortable and well set up home. Lots of room for a group to spread out - indoors or out. Comfortable beds and sheets. Great pretty quiet location on the lake. Tracy is super responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return.
