"The house was nice and very new in a good suburban neighborhood. It was 20-25 minutes from Bank of America Stadium and uptown Charlotte. The host was very responsive to my messages. We had a little trouble with the smart lock (just enter your code). The furniture was great and new, especially the couch. It was a great place to stay!"

"Just four old friends staying for a week of playing golf, watching the PGA Championship, a little boating and a lot of laughs. Location was perfect with lots of great dining and breweries nearby. The place was top notch, had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend."

"The home was very spacious, clean, and very nice to stay in! The neighborhood was great, and it seemed pretty easy to be able to get places in and around the Charlotte area!The hot tub wasn't set up to run (not filled with water). That would have been nice! But it definitely wasn't a negative for staying in the home. It could have been broken. We don't dwell on things like that. "

"Really loved our stay here! Fantastic getaway with friends in a quiet rural area, really felt like we had the place to ourselves. Would definitely consider this property again!"

"This was our third visit to this property, that alone speaks volumes! The home is beautiful, spacious and close to everything. The open floor plan offers plenty of space for family gatherings. The kids can play in the living room while dad cooks and mom sits in the dinning room drinking tea, yet all together in one space. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The patio is a nice spot to end the evening with a glass of wine. It's the perfect size with table and chairs. I...

"The location on Lake Wylie makes it easy to enjoy the quiet of this large and inviting property! Roomy and very well kept up and decorated/appointed! Easy to enjoy meals-in while watching the sunset from the deck or the hot tub! Spacious and comfy! The bedrooms were also very comfy and allowed for private space!"
