"2 Adults and 1 Teen. Booked a 1 bedroom suite. Was great for us to have that extra space and privacy. NOTE: The washroom is in the bedroom.....so teen had to sneak to the washroom thr9ough our bedroom in the night. No big deal...just something to be aware of. Nespresso and fridge was great to have. Close the Tube and Bus Stops. 10 min walk to Covent Gardens. Our bed was great, Teens not so much (pull out sofa). Recommend for people looking for the extra space/privacy. "

"I had a great stay here for a week long work trip. 2 days I worked from the room and the WiFi was great. The room was quite warm (great for me!). The fridge and kitchenette meant I could shop at the local Tesco and heat food to save on eating out costs, but Uber Eats can deliver straight to the door also. It’s great to know there are staff on reception 24/7. The staff were super nice and helpful."

"Loved the area! Convenient for transportation around central London. Had a kitchenette in unit and a local grocery nearby. Saved some money by fixing our breakfast and packing some lunches. ( although the smell of food as we wandered took us in at times) Able to do laundry. Slept comfortably in an air conditioned room. Staff super friendly! Would stay here again!"

"We loved the garden terrace in the back and the staff were all very helpful. The breakfast was nice but limited (great latte). There was a table & chairs in our room (I assume in association with the small kitchenette). However that left no room for luggage at all. Perhaps a cafe table would serve better? The beds were very comfortable and they were able to hold our luggage albeit at a cost of 25€ (which I thought to be a bit steep). All in all we enjoyed our stay. "

"Property was great, easy to find and very clean and quite, it also has disabled parking just outside the apartment for those who need it. As mentioned by other reviewers the apartments are on the warm side but there was a heat wave on! We where in room 25 which had a velux window which really helped. Overall the best hotel / apartment that we have stayed in and will stay in again."

"Reception staff was really helpful and kind enough to allow us to check in early. It’s an older building with narrow corridors that open up to surprisingly large apartment. We especially liked the separate kitchen and living areas. AC worked very well and location is perfect. I will definitely stay there on my next visit."
