    Welcome to Kings Beach—Tahoe’s funky, laid-back lake town. This cozy mountainside hotel suite is the perfect year-round base for your Tahoe adventure.



    You’re minutes from hiking, golf, river rafting, and lake activities, with cross-country and downhill skiing taking over in winter. Restaurants, bars, beaches and local entertainment within walking distance.



    Inside, unwind with two comfy queen beds and a TV with streaming. A mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave making mornings easy, while the walk-in shower is perfect after a day on the lake or slopes.

    In order to watch streaming services, guests must use their own login credentials.

    No washer/dryer on-site.

You get what you pay for! Pros: communication with host was very available and friendly, bed was very comfortable, walkable to Kings Beach, cost was most affordable I could find Cons: Shower water pressure was bad (especially with hot water), toilet is a little wobbly, minimal easily accessible power outletsI was in a bind and this was available and most affordable; I'd probably stay again if I was traveling solo and just needed a place to sleep.

I would not stay here again. The following is a list of reasons why I would not book this property again: -the toilet was loose -the tv remote was missing buttons -the closet space was used to store spare heating units -stained bedspreads -the pump on shampoo bottle was missing -the filters on the wall mounted heating unit were disgustingly dirty -there was mold on the baseboard in corner near the front window -the bedside lamp was not plugged in. -accessible outlets were limited to the bathroom and near the microwave. I had to unplug the heater in the tv stand to be able to plug in the fan because, as advertised, there is no AC in the units. The fan was pretty loud as well. I had to ask the cleaning ladies for an extension cord so I could plug in the fan and charge my phone at the same time.
