The gas fireplaces in this unit do not work and cannot be fixed. The beach gas fireplace is available summer seasonally.

While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
