    Welcome to Pino Point, a stylish home that is steps from the shore of California’s most popular lake! This home is just steps away from the lake and only a block to Moon Dune Beach.



    The Space:

    It’s like you ripped a page right from a design magazine! The 30+ rental space is ideal for a mid-size family or group who is looking to bounce from beaches to mountains during their Lake Tahoe retreat.



    Every inch of space has been maximized in this thoughtful renovation and we know you’ll be more than pleased to find complimenting decor and furnishings throughout the home. Upon entry, your eyes will instinctively stare up, admiring the custom wooden-plank peaked ceilings with white beams. This lovely feature stretches from the living to dining areas creating a cohesive style with the open-concept floor plan.



    The living room offers ample seating, a mounted TV, and a wood-burning fireplace.



    The kitchen comes fully equipped to meet your needs with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker, toaster, and wine ware for your convenience. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or full-spread of evening hors d'oeuvres, the extended counter with bar stool seating for 3 gives plenty of extra prep space and opportunity to gather together. Steps away, enjoy more formal dining at the table for 8. While prepping a meal, catch the peek-a-boo view of the lake!



    - The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 bedrooms. Each room is tastefully decorated and is outfitted with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

    - The primary suite has a Queen bed, Twin bed with Trundle, working nook with desk, and en-suite. The en-suite features a chic marble vanity and a stand-up shower.

    - The 2nd bedroom is configured with a Queen bed and Twin-over-Twin bunk bed.

    The shared bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo.



    Additional Information:

    Tahoe Vista is located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, giving guests nearby access to both mountain and water activities. The area provides shops, several dining options, and water sport rentals minutes away. Not to mention, there are also multiple beaches to choose from, all within walking distance. For those who want to play a round of golf, Old Brockway Golf Course is less than a mile up the road. The North Tahoe Regional Park, just 1.1 miles away, offers year-round activities across its 124 acres. Enjoy snowshoeing, nature trails, cross-country skiing, various trailheads for mountain biking, and more! And if you’re looking to hit the slopes, Northstar California Resort is less than 9 miles away. In addition to attracting avid skiers, the resort also has mountain bike trails, spas, pools, and a kids camp!

the property was a newly renovated, clean and comfortable place. it was close by to all of our planned out door activities which were mostly on the north shore of tahoe. there was a safeway nearby and great little restaurants to check out. i would definitely recommend this cute and nicely updated home.

Family Get-Away

This was a nice, clean property, close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was well stocked, so we were able to make a few meals. It was just what we wanted!

Great location

The house was the perfect size for 2 adults and two teenagers. The neighborhood was quiet, short walk to beach and walking trails were just up the street.

Thank you very much for this property, we enjoyed our stay there. The place is cozy, the only thing is that if you are going to stay as a group of adults, keep In mind that it’ll be more convenient for for people, not six. Unless there are at least two subtle people, who easily can sleep on the bunk bed.

Fantastic little cottage in North Tahoe

The cottage was adorable and much bigger than it looks from the outside. Extremely well appointed and made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing for everyone. Very comfy beds and great kitchen/lounge area. Awesome location close to both West and East side of the lake. Highly

The cabin is cute and the beds were all lovely. However the couch and chairs in the living room as well as the fabric bench for the kitchen table were actually really dirty with numerous old stains throughout. Dirty like old frat house furniture. Again, the cabin is adorable but not having clean furniture makes me give a rating of 2 stars.

Lovely stay

Our stay was perfect in this cute little cottage. I love that It had two bathrooms and everything was so very clean when we arrived. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and lots of trails nearby for walking. There is so much to do In the area and it is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you for sharing. You’re adorable little cottage with us!

Perfect Family Getaway

My wife and I were looking for a place we could take our toddler outdoors and slow life down a bit, and this place did not disappoint! Excellent location. A 2 min drive or 10 min walk to the perfect beach for our kid to play around, a quick drive to Safeway, and a 15-20 min drive from hiking trails and other beaches. Very well kept, cozy place. Would definitely recommend!

Thank you! Had all the essentials and was very comfy. We were less than a 5 min drive to the snowpark. The hills were perfect for our children 2-7 years old. Thanks again!

Cozy cabin perfect for a family

My husband, my mom, and our toddler stayed here. We loved the short walk to the beach and easy access to restaurants, Safeway, and quick drive to the ski slopes. Kitchen was well stocked for us to eat in most nights. My toddler (who usually sleeps in a pack n play but no longer wants to) loved the lower trundle bed and all the cozy blankets and pillows. Place felt clean, updated, and had all we needed.

Friends Holiday

Really nice 2 bedroom 2 bath cozy house. Good location. Perfect for a small get together of friends. Only, negative checkout too early. 10am instead of 11am or Noon.

While the listing does match the photos, the cleanliness was less than ideal. So much hair on pillows, sheets, towels, etc! And when we contacted the property management company, they falsely promised to have the issue resolved. Which resulted in my family having to launder sheets, towels, remake beds… not ideal when we are supposed to be relaxing on vacation. Having said that, if the company had actually come out and handled the issue, everything would have been just fine. The location of the home is convenient to Moondune Beach and downtown Kings Beach. The kitchen was decently stocked. Would have loved a few pods to actually use the DeLonghi machine. I wish we could say we’d be back to this spot, but just needed more from the management company.

Location is great in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the beach. A short drive into town for food and groceries. House was clean and stocked with games and kitchenwares for light cooking. One suggestion would be to bring your own toilet paper. What is supplied is 2-ply and quite scratchy. The “host” rental group was a little tough to get ahold of at check in when we had a problem with our door code. Otherwise we enjoyed our trip and would stay here again.

Nice place

The cabin was updated nicely. Lots of places to sleep. Kitchen was good. We didn’t end up walking to the beach, seemed too far and not a good beach near house. We ended up driving to Kings Beach (closest good beach). 4 min drive from a very nice park that has tennis, pickle ball, ropes course., etc. We play tennis so it was great to have this nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Golf courses nearby. Also, a nice hike up to the top of Tahoe rim Trail overlooking the lake very nearby trailhead.
