"We visited as a family of four with a 11 year old and a 13 year old, and really enjoyed our stay at the lake house! Check in was easy and Tom and Tami were amazing hosts. "This was a really fun, historic location. Communication with the host was excellent. I accidentally locked myself out of the house and they came to our rescue immediately. I also need to mention the number of towels! Haha We have traveled extensively and have never had so many towels avaliable. Sounds like a small thing, but it was really nice to have so many. The nearby water was beautiful and the neighborhood is very friendly. "

"Wanted to revisit this area for our anniversary and do some fishing also. The place was very clean and comfortable and tucked in the woods. Enjoyed the neighbors, wildlife and the lake being right there."

" We came up from Kansas City and stayed Sunday to Saturday. Everything we needed for our vacation! The bed was comfortable, the AC and heat worked great. When we wanted to watch the Royals post season game, we grabbed our laptop and watched out at the campfire. Wifi Signal was great. Did some fishing. The lake was nice and calm. "Beautiful location! Super friendly and helpful hosts. Very responsive even came out to fix the hot tub for us! Loved the house and all the games and activities. Really loved the sitting area out by the fire. Only tiny negative is the basement floor must not be level (just how old houses are) cause rhe pool table isn't level. A tiny thing when you have all the other pluses!!! Would definitely stay here again! We loved that they had an old school Nintendo game for us to play!!! So much...
