"I won’t recommend to anyone except offered for free. I’m surprised I’ve been asked to write review. Hotel has no parking and client had to drive down and park on the street making the car vulnerable to theft and/or towing unless you pay for a separate parking at a distance from hotel; no desk/table in room, no microwave and/or fridge, rooms very small with bathroom sink in the bedroom. Pictures on website and other apps and sites are deceptive. Don’t be deceived like me. Thank you "

"Smooth check in even in the middle of the night. The man working the front desk had a line out the door and he was still vey calm and in a good mood. The only bad thing is we booked this room to sleep during our 8 hour layover and we couldn’t get the light on the hall near our bathroom to turn off. There was no switch. Thankfully we were all so exhausted it didn’t matter. "

"Easy check in, staff on check in was very helpful and courteous, room was clean, easy to get to and from airport. I called ahead to check on status of shuttle and there was no issue with front desk providing and update and shuttle was right on time to pick my family up from JFK. Will stay here again next time we fly out of JFK. There is also some street parking in front of the hotel. "
