"Concierge staff are excellent. They went above and beyond. Prime location. I like the gym room and the restaurant downstairs. Room is spacious and quiet. It lacks some basic supplies though like paper and pens, room service menu. Kettle and tooth paste were provided upon request. The only complaint is cleanliness in the bathroom. It's clean in general but I found some hair at the bathtub and shower area which should not happen. Overall, if I visit downtown Portland again, I'd like to stay at...

"Beautiful view of downtown Portland if you are on the far backside. Liquor store and dispensary close and easy to walk to. Only negative was the ice machine was out of order and had to walk over to the basement of the main building. "

"Place was quiet and very peaceful. A few things to be aware of: 1) You cannot just walk in the front door. You would need to ring a bell and a front desk person needs to be present to unlock it. Once you checked in, you can use your room key to unlock the front door on your own. 2) Password for WiFi isn't stated anywhere. Ask the front desk for the WiFi password. 3) No toothbrush/toothpaste. Bring your own or buy some from a convenience store nearby."
