"Beautiful grounds, historic buildings and a well appointed and equipped spa helped us enjoy a luxurious and relaxing mini break. The full vegetarian breakfast was delicious and really well cooked - a nice bonus to have this included for a minimal extra charge. Tracy at breakfast and Gino in the evening were stand out members of staff but everyone we encountered was as helpful and friendly. Beth & Damon on reception gave us a warm welcome. "

"Breakfast selection was good. Fresh ingredients and freshly prepared.Good portions. Good service. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked, and the lounge areas are comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool/sauna & steam room. Dinner menu was ok. Not a massive choice, and a bit pricy. But good food & ingredients.Portions were a bit diappointing though. Overall a great stay and will definately return. The beautiful...

The service team followed through with our request for one room on the ground level to accommodate my mother who has difficulty walking up stairs AND placed a roll away bed in the second room. "The original room we had was lovely - however, we had an issue with the tap in the bathroom and we were quickly assigned another room which wasn't quite as large but still really nice - the receptionist then offered us the choice of two other rooms for the second night of our stay - we chose the larger of the two and was not disappointed.
