"A lovely place to stay. We enjoyed the quiet country setting with sheep and bunnies right out the window. Bed was comfy, room was clean and the owners super helpful. Would stay again."

"This hotel is so delightful! It’s a family run operation and they were just the loveliest people. The hotel is close to the main drag, and has nice common areas that you can choose to gather in in the evenings and play board games or chat with other guests."

"The toilet sink was partially block. When I mentioned this to the lady of the of theB&B she merely said oh! I’ll get my plunger out later. She must have known this before as she cleans the property. The electric shower was ancient and I barely got a shower. Generally the property was less clean than I would’ve expected."

"Cozy, warm, made us feel completely at home! Great breakfasts! Special little touches like fresh flowers in local gin bottles, wee dram of scotch, cookies and chocolate. Awesome bed! Nice, crisp white sheets, comfy white comforter and good pillows! Loved the decor and the red doors!"

"We throughly enjoyed our time at Dunallan House. Very comfortable and cozy room. Appreciated the home cooked breakfasts in the mornings with lots of options to choose from. Great historic building in Grantown-on-Spey in a most stunning area of Aberdeenshire. Stephen and Ginny were perfect hosts! Thank you!"

"Wonderful host! Great location for travellers, just next to the A9. We loved the lounge and the fireplace. Lovely breakfast!"

Pre stay the owners, Yvonne and Richard, emailed with very detailed guidance on how to get to the cottage and how to enter the property. No problems with either. We then received another email with detailed information about heating, the wifi (free) and other aspects of the cottage. Nothing was lacking in the cottage and it was very clean. The cottage was very warm when we...

"Great property in a great location. Easy check in / out"

"This is a cute b&b, with very nice and mindful hosts. They are very keen on creating good experiences for their guests. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Please note that this is an old building with poor sound proofing between rooms and the floors, so if you are a light sleeper you should bring earplugs as you hear everything, especially if other guests are sitting in the lounge/livingroom in the evening it is hard to sleep due to noise. (We had the room above). This is normal for these...
