"We had a great stay here. The host had wonderful communication before, during, and after our stay. The place is cutely decorated and well stocked. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. There was a dedicated parking spot that was convenient. The area was really quiet while we were there.This was a convenient home base for day trips to Dundee and Glamis. "

"Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views. Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. "

"The area is a little down at the heels, but the apartment was great - clean, bright, tastefully decorated - everything we needed. The no. 18 bus stops right out front and it is a short ride downtown. The hop on, hop off bus gave us a sense of the city. Nice walks along the waterfront; Dundee Museum and Art Gallery was worth a visit. Short drive to St. Andrews for the golf lovers!"

"I found the apartment perfect in every way. Very modern upgrades in all rooms, with attention to the smallest detail. Cozy heating available. Everything very clean. Could definitely make this a base for day trips Close to buses and I walked from the train station when I arrived. "What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone...

"One of the best places we’ve stayed in . Breakfast was superb with a good choice of fruit and cereal followed by a first class Scottish breakfast. Our room was beautifully decorated with everything one might want. Parking was excellent and we were allowed to leave the car well after check out. Mine host Gordon couldn’t have been more helpful."

"We had a great stay with our dog, Dougal. The cottage was very comfortable had everything you need, garden was lovely and great for sitting out. The big field attached was great for quick walks with Dougal. The off road walks from the cottage were relaxing and everyone we met was very friendly. Alison met us on arrival and explained how everything worked. We would definitely book here again. Thank you Alison for a lovely stay. "

"Nice place. Very well decorated and comfortable for 3 adults. Kitchen was nicely appointed. First place on our trip with a real coffee maker! Washer was a nice feature. Wish there was a dry too though. Highly recommend"
