"We thought there was a sitting are besides the table and chairs. Otherwise it was very comfortable, the mattress and bedding perfect. The kitchen had the perfect amount of things to do breakfast and light dinners. Very close to the beach and shopping. The courtyard was delightful!"

"From the outside it looks a little rough. I was concerned when we pulled up. But once you go inside it’s great. The first thing we noticed was how clean our suite was. It has everything you need. 2 bedrooms and a couple fold-flat couch’s. There was only 4 of us so each couple got a bedroom.
It’s in a super convenient area. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Very quaint town.
The host left a binder with rules, wifi info, nearby restaurants and stores that was very handy.

"This was a message sent before the trip. I was assured that everything will be cleaned:Good morning I am just now reading some reviews on your property (I know I should have done this before) and noticed the reviews are not very good. The reviews are from 2023...have anything been done to the property since then?I hope it will be cleaned when we get there please. One of the reviews said it not cleaned at all.I would hate to disappoint my family and friends. We are all really looking forward to...

"First off, the listing is not accurate - it states "5 bedrooms", it's 3 bedrooms, a sunroom and a loft. As well two bed pictures in the listing were not in the space we rented - this should be fixed. One of the "queen beds" was actually two box springs and a 2 inch foam piece - not even remotely useable. The kitchen is well equipped, but when we got there 2 of the 3 pot lights over the sink as well as the light over the stove was out-we replaced what we could. The space is large for sure, but...
