Property manager
Sophia and Julina Brown are a mother-daughter duo that have been working in the hospitality industry for many years. They have recently taken on their most recent venture in real estate investment. They love to travel and know the importance of finding safe and comfortable places to stay when exploring new areas. Needless to say, they are excited to provide that space for you and your family on your next vacation to the Branson area.

Our Condo is in the center of Kimberling City, directly on Table Rock Lake, right next to the Iconic Kimberling Bridge. Our Condo features Lake Views from the patio and is located next to the outdoor pool, 4 pickleball courts, basketball court and playground. Close to Golf, Branson Shows, Silver Dollar City, Restaurants, Shopping, while avoiding the traffic of staying in Branson on the strip. We love this vacation getaway and we know you will too!

Totally would go back!

We had a slight issues with check in but it was handled great!! Even with me having a slight attitude after our 3 hour drive. They where so easy to get a hold of, Extremely accommodating and the location was perfect. The pool, pickle ball courts and the rooms where just as listed!! Could not be happier.

Reservation and subsequent communication with owners was flawless. Check in instructions were simple and concise. Finding actual unit was not difficult. However, current condo construction and roadwork with bottlenecks outside the unit made traffic a little congested. This is not the fault of the owners but future renters should be aware. Unit was clean with many amenities. There is a grocery store right across the road from the property where to can get food/beverages. Many nice restaurants very close to the property. Great location. Would rent again and highly recommend to others.

Don’t stay in Branson… stay here!

We loved this rental! It was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located right off of the highway. You can easily access the swimming pool, playground, and pickle ball courts just by walking out of the front door and literally across the parking lot. The AC worked amazing too and kept the property nice and cold even though it was hot outside. The people who run this property make it super easy to check in and check out, and they will quickly respond to any messages you send them.

Great location with lots of amenities. However all the furniture and appliance are old and outdated and uncomfortable. The toilet seats were extremely small and low to the ground and moved which is unsafe. The ac was not cold. The refrigerator had water accumulation on the lower shelf upon arrival and did not keep food cold.

Thanksgiving Trip

The condo is justas it was described and priced well. Very responsive and helpful owner. I’d highly recommend and would stay here again. The location is perfectly located to enjoy the lake, Silver Dollar City and short drive to shows / sites in Branson.
