Newly constructed in 2023, this "Diamond" 7-BR lodge has everything your family needs for a wonderful vacation - LOCATION close to water access, 20 mins to Silver Dollar City, PANORAMIC LAKE VIEWS with Kimberling City Bridge, ample space, GAME ROOM (pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, arcades, bean bag toss), HOT TUB, outdoor FIRE PIT, indoor FIREPLACE, kids bunk room, and a very well-stocked kitchen. We also provide a custom TOUCHSTAY DIGITAL GUIDEBOOK with local recommendations upon booking!

-Nearest BOAT LAUNCHES are "What's Up Doc?" Marina and Port of Kimberling Marina, approximately 3.5 miles away.

-We do have grill tongs and a grill brush, but please plan to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid (available for purchase nearby).

-Any smoking inside the property will result in a minimum $500 fine and assessment of deep cleaning fees required to remove smell.

This lodge fit our group of 19 to perfection. We were comprised of 10 adults and 9 children ranging in ages from 2-12. The bunk room slept 8 of the 9 cousins wonderfully. They all thought it might've been the neatest part of the house. The four couples and two singles of our adults each had ample space in their own bedrooms. 4 of the 5 adult bedrooms had their own private full bath. The main floor kitchen and dining area allowed us more than enough space to cook, serve and eat all meals for the entirety of our 4-day stay. We'd start our mornings in the kitchen and rear deck, migrate up to the pool as a group in the late morning, return for lunch, back to the pool in the afternoon, back to the kitchen for dinner, and sometimes back to the pool for an evening swim. We'd wrap every evening with a movie night for kids in the basement theater room while adults lingered on the main floor deck to watch the sun set and remain well into the evening. There's truly not a need to leave the complex unless you simply wanted to wander into Branson for a bit or get on the lake. The basement deck filters out to two charcoal grills and a fire pit for s'mores. Both spots we also used regularly. Aside from physically fitting our large group, the lodge overall is beautiful aesthetically. Another reason we had no desire to venture far. It's warm and inviting and well furnished. No space went used!

This place was great. Sleeps 22 but we only had 8. Everyone had their own bed and almost own bathroom. Place is huge! Lots of room for fun, friends and activities. Bedrooms are not all on top of each other so foot traffic was great. Has everything you need and a basement most people only dream of. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway at Diamond On The Bluff Lodge!

If you're hunting for the ultimate family vacation spot, look no further! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views inside and outside. It felt like a postcard come to life! The decor is Pinterest-worthy offering all the comforts of home, but with the added bonus of fantastic amenities that kept everyone entertained. Shuffleboard, arcade games, and playing pool really unleashed our inner competitors! We were also big fans of the evenings spent around the cozy fire pit, sharing stories and making s’mores. The movie theater added an extra layer of fun. And after an action-packed day, sinking into the comfortable beds felt like a little slice of heaven! The en-suite bedrooms provided such convenience. We had ample space, privacy, and comfort for everyone in our crew of 16. And let's not forget the hot tub! It's the perfect way to unwind under the stars, soaking in the serenity of the surroundings. One of the best parts? Saving money by hitting up the grocery store just a few miles away! With a fully stocked kitchen complete with pots, pans, and all the gadgets you could need, we whipped up meals and enjoyed them together on the spacious dining tables. Plus, having two sets of dishwashers and washers and dryers meant we could easily keep up with cleaning dishes and laundry even with a full house. DOTBL combines leisure and activity. If you're considering a family getaway, trust me your search stops here. DOTBL is where memories are made!

This place was amazing, the kids loved the game room. They had every type of kitchen utensil and equipment you will need. Close to the lake and shops close by and only a 15 drive to main street of branson.

Awesome Stay!

There were 7 adults and 5 kids that stayed here. The property had everything! The kids were entertained while the adults relaxed. Property was clean and had everything we needed for a large group. We cooked several meals there and had ample dishes, pans, and utensils. We will definitely book this again.

Family Reunion

21 of us gathered at this amazing and unbelievably clean house!! It was absolutely perfect for all the different ages in our party, which ranged from age 2-76. The lower level and bunk room worked perfectly for the younger kids, and the loft suited the teenagers. There is plenty of seating for meals and the kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy a great meal at home. The views of the lake are breathtaking and the sunsets were beautiful. I highly recommend this house for your family getaway!

Annual Family Lake Trip

Diamond On The Bluff was the perfect place for our annual family trip. Plenty of room. It was so nice to have two dinning tables to accommodate our large group and high chairs for the toddles. Plenty of space and comfy king size beds for all the adults.

Great stay for our group

We had 10 people staying on the property. We had enough room to gather around the common areas without feeling too crowded. It rained during our trip, and the full wall of windows really helped bring the outside in. It was a cozy stay and the hosts were very accommodating.

Absolutely STUNNING!!!

This place has incredible views, tons of space, ACTIVITIES GALORE, and the common area amenities and pools are really nice! We got to see inside some of the other lodges in the development by making friends with our neighbors and this one is definitely the nicest one we saw! We loved the private outdoor fire pit, putting green, theater room, hot tub, deck seating, and comfy sheets/beds. The hosts were also incredibly responsive/helpful and answered all of our questions! We will book this place every year for our annual trip to the area!

Unbelievable Property / Views / Amenities! Highly Recommend!

This lodge blew us away with its beauty and how CLEAN it was! It's brand new construction with incredible panoramic views overlooking Table Rock Lake and the Kimberling City Bridge. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms are large, beds were comfy, and there is plenty of space for the entire family. The kids loved all of the games, theater room, and bunk room! We used the putt-putt golf, outdoor private fire pit and hot tub with a view every night and spent our days hanging at the pools and LAZY RIVER or out on the lake! We will be booking this place again!
