"Staff very friendly & check in was quick Continental breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable but only chair in room was broken. The body wash container in shower was empty"

"The rooms were nice. Hotel was very clean. I'm still old school, humans are still the best. AI checking in was very cold and weird. Still would like to see a person behind the front desk. I'm 69 and didn't like it, my parents are in their 80s. They wouldnt even know how to do any of that."
