"Shabby. Badly in bed of a refurb. Furniture in my room 214 was well past it best. They call themselves a 4 star hotel but it’s 2.5 at best. One receptionist when I was checking in. At least 12 people behind me waiting to do the same. Bathroom stank of smoke. Black tiles had loads of soap / water ..."

"There was no one on site to help with issues, and no one answered phone. There was no hot water, some doors were totally unlocked upon arrival. There were dogs running free and barking.
