"Beautiful location! What a view! Quiet and away from the crowds. Grocery store was near by and convenient. Newly renovated. Comfortable. Loved the small wood stove for fires. Very cozy. Kitchen is superb with everything you need provided."

"Ascrib’s View is a gem. Strongly recommend to anyone visiting Skye. It’s nice to be away from the bustle of Portree, while still being close to many activities. We enjoyed hiking the Quirang and Fairy Pools, and had an amazing speed boat safari with Isle of Skye Seafari in Portree.
The cottage is peaceful and clean, with modern fixtures, a full kitchen and incredible views. Billy and Helen were very easy to communicate with and were very responsive. They also squeezed us in for a booking...

"This property was exceptional, from the moment we booked until after we checked out. We were a family of 6 - two grandparents, son and daughter in law, and two grandkids. Beautiful location, house was very comfortable and had more than we could have asked for in amenities! Communication with hosts was exceptional and good information provided in the house as well. Would highly recommend!!"

"Apart from the potholes getting to the cottage it was great. We could see the Milky Way when the sky was clear! Would love to stay for an extended period of time if we manage to come again in the future."
