  • With 180 degree unobstructed ocean views out to the Pacific Ocean, this is a beach house that will WOW you.

    Perfectly set up for families of all ages, the house is spread over multiple levels. Leading down from the entry level is an inviting, open plan living, dining, kitchen area, and a large entertaining balcony encompassing the panoramic views down to Sydney and beyond.

    The upper level is perfect for teenagers and kids with a rumpus room and a billiard table which converts to play table tennis.

    All five bedrooms are on a separate level with two bathrooms, main bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite, 2 Queen bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms comprising 2 single beds in each, accommodating a total of 10 guests. Fully ducted air conditioning throughout and is equipped with a fully functional kitchen. The laundry area has a washing machine, dryer, 2 extra shower cubicles, drying room and access to an outdoor shower.
    There is off-street parking available, including a double garage.

    A fantastic holiday destination that is available all year round and within walking distance of Bells at Killcare.
    Killcare and Area
    The charming village of Killcare/Hardys Bay on the NSW Central Coast is perfect for the secluded escape. With its beautiful beaches and is surrounded by the stunning Bouddi National Park, you will find plenty of things to do and see on a weekend or family holiday away. From bushwalking or mountain biking to swimming, surfing and fishing or just simply relaxing, Killcare is the place to be.

    Killcare retains a small fishing village atmosphere, but has a broad variety of shops including restaurants, cafes, general store, art gallery, hairdresser, homewares/fashion boutique and fine dining at Bells of Killcare. Killcare Marina is available to hire fishing boats, kayaks and bikes. There is the Killcare Surf Life saving club at the southern end of beach and Putty Beach is located at the Northern end of the beach perfect for swimming, snorkelling and picnicking. Putty Beach is also the start of the scenic Bouddi Coastal walk which runs for 8kms to Macmasters Beach.

    Getting here - Killcare is a 90 min drive north of Sydney by car. You can also catch the scenic ferry from Palm Beach to Wagstaffe. Major supermarkets and facilities are within a 10min drive

    Please note that this property has multiple internal stairs and has 2 garages for guest access. The property is suitable for 8 adults only and up to 10 guests when including children.

Fantastic house. We were staying during Easter break with a group of friends, 8 adults and 2 older kids (13 and 14 y.o) the house very well made, very specious. Great kitchen and pantry, very well equipped and plenty of catleries, plates, glasses and cups for our group. Oven is Fantastic we were cooking dinner every night and that was great. Bedrooms has a mirror which is great, good mattresses, beutiful view. We went for a coastal walk and it was great. Office responded fast. We had fault with an air-conditioning fan that made noise that you can't ignore, especially during night. It was laud beyond your emigration, however I messaged Office and someone came early in the morning and fixed it. We loved our stay and I would highly recommended it. Here is a clearer and more natural version of your review while keeping your meaning:Fantastic house. We stayed here during the Easter break with a group of friends — 8 adults and 2 older kids (13 and 14). The house is very well built and very spacious. The kitchen and pantry are excellent and very well equipped, with plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses, and cups for a large group. We also went for a coastal walk nearby, which was lovely.The office responded very quickly when we contacted them. I would highly recommend it.

Property review

Nice property with awesome views of beach. A pleasant stay was had by a of us. Not really the type of property we were after but that is persona choice and our error in not reading the property listing correctly. We needed to pack the car up every a day if we wanted to go to the beach. It is in a residential area. Small cute village was a 5 minute drive. The main bedroom is beautiful however, the air-conditioning was inadequate to keep us comfortable enough of an evening on the hot nights. We did not think the price was on par to other homes we compared after the trip. We would probably not have booked it if we had,(once again, read the listing correctly), re bring all of our own linen. This was an added hassle the we did not wish to undertake on our holidays. We are coming back to the area again for another holiday however, we have located a residence that supplies linen and is across the road from the beach. The property is nice, we only had the issues as we didn't really want to do anything on our holiday, after a very busy year. The bedding layout was great and definitely sleeps the number of people comfortably. Kitchen was adequate although the oven was an issue and perhaps some new pots and pans would not go astray as they were very well used and past the used by date. Wifi is spasmodic and perhaps maybe, consider, for the amount charged, that Netflix or equivalent may be useful for quiet nights in. Overall a pleasant stay

Fabulous Family Home

A Fabulous family home with a wonderful outlook. Close to beach and shops. A relaxing atmosphere for family and friends which was a welcome relief. Spacious areas to have quiet time out. Would recommend for a family or friends weekend away.

Stunning Ocean Panorama

We stayed at Stunning Ocean Panorama it was superb and perfect for our girls getaway weekend. Early Check-In/Check-Out was granted and it was perfect to make it feel like a full weekend. The views are even better than they look in the photos it is very large and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen and BBQ are well equipped, we didnt end up eating out as we had everything we needed and relaxing with the backdrop was fantastic. We did a grocery shop at the Umina Woolworths only 13min drive and walked along the beach but apart from that, we spent the rest of the time enjoying the facilities the house had to offer. Only small things we noted was there was no broom or dustpan/broom. There was no manual on how to use the surround sound system etc and with about 8 controls left in a bowl on a coffee table was quite confusing to work out. The carpet has been damaged by the weather in some of the bedrooms leaving rather unpleasant stains, although it does state no Linen, we assumed this was just bed linen but it is actually all forms including tea towel, floor mats etc Just small things considering the wonderful time we had, we will all very happily be returning.

Fabulous Family Weekend - Stunning Home

The spacious living areas and amazing views set the scene for a fabulous family catch up. We loved the pool room (nearly as much as the kids) and the main living space allowed all of us to eat and drink together. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. We would book again. Many thanks to the owners.

Amazing!!!

Fantastic holiday home which met all our expectations.The expansive layout was perfect offering different living areas and a rumpus room with snooker table.This was our second stay at the property and we have rebooked for next year. Highly recommend

Our second booking at this place. Overall-good. Spacious and well equipped. Attention to small details the only fault. Can opener and egg beater faulty, tips missing from billiard cues, absence of large cooking pots & pans to cater for the number of our party (10) people were irritants on an otherwise very satisfactory experience.
