"Not clean. I was scared to sit on the sofa. Thankfully I bought my own sheets and pillow cases. Everything looks old and run down (in the room we got anyways). Front desk wasn’t rude but wasn’t pleasant either. We stayed less than 12 hours because we had to catch a flight. Morning breakfast was ok. Close to Ohare. Worked for the night but wouldn’t stay here longer than 1 night."

"For a simple stay, this place fits the bill. The staff was awesome. The area doesn’t have much but a Subway Sandwich shop that’s open til 11pm on Sundays, which was a plus for me, so plan on renting a car or grabbing a ride share for all of your activities."

"It is clean breakfast was good staff is good In total we don’t need more than that. The only thing that I would like to see is a coffee stand available 24/7 (with a fee or not). The hotel has critical hrs (9-11am) that no where to get coffee. Most of guests leave the or leave to work . And at night after 11pm to 6:30am . No coffee for the road. Too bad!!!"

"My daughter and I stayed while visiting Rosalind Franklin University. We checked in around 8 pm and the lady at the desk seemed bothered by our late arrival. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, however our AC unit had to stay on constant fan in order for the room to stay cool. Breakfast was your typical hotel choices. It was good, but the pancake machine had to be refilled only an hour into service. It took awhile for someone to come and refill it. Overall our stay was great and these...

"Upon check in room was absolutely filthy. Looked as if it had never been cleaned. I stayed with my family and have two infants and could not stay in this room. Staff was helpful and moved us to a small but clean room. Make sure to check the room thoroughly before staying in it!"

"Good price, clean and quiet. The property itself has seen a lot of use, and the beds are okay at best. Amenities? If you expect a free breakfast, shampoo or a mini-fridge, choose a different (more expensive) hotel."

"Sometimes my opinion of a place depends on the quality of breakfast, and if it was free. Breakfast wasn't free, and it was just okay. Not the fault of the hotel, but I should have been able to walk to the Convention Center, but due to construction all routes were blocked, which required getting an Uber, since I had no car. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. Really a fine place. I'd stay there again."
