"Property in great location, friendly/helpful reception staff and room clean.
Was disappointed by lack of daylight in room. Room 124 faced out to a brick wall with industrial bins underneath.
Room had a bit of a smell to it, perhaps from previous occupants.
Noise from bar/club underneath until early hours.
Neither of us found bed comfortable and along with the noise didn't sleep well at all."

"The curtain on a huge window next to the bed was missing, which meant I had an awful sleep. I let the hotel know in the morning via WhatsApp (how they have previously communicated with me) and they didn't bother to answer. My room (102) backed onto a back street which was noisy at night and in the early morning.
Good points: Location is ok-ish, central but on a square where people hang about where you could feel intimidated with kids/older family members. Check in process worked but was very...

"The room was clean and well equipped. Parking was steeps away and very reasonably priced for the 2 nights we stayed. The location was perfect with everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The only negative was that it wasn’t the quietest location with a loud bar across the street and homeless shelter next door.

"Our stay was fantastic! Communication with reception was great, and the unit had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, and we loved having the use of a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The location was excellent - right downtown and close to the train station/bus stops/restaurants/shopping, but the unit itself was quiet.
Our only issue was that the unit was quite warm and we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the heat/turn on the AC, so information about that...
