10th wedding anniversary

We had a wonderful time on Maui and the view from the condo was incredible. We ate breakfast on the lanai most mornings and opened the sliding glass door each night to hear the ocean. Thank you sooo much!!

Sugar Beach is amazing.

This property is located on Sugar Beach. It is a great walking beach. Our stay was 2 months after the fire and Kihei was still very quiet. This condo is off the beaten path. We drove to those places but enjoyed the smaller to no crowds on Sugar Beach. We will return.

Perfect location!

This was the perfect location for us as it was easily get anywhere on the island! And they were so sweet and left us treats wishing us a happpy anniversary. In addition having the farmers market and ABC store across the street was so convenient! And we really enjoyed walks along the beach and watching the outrigger canoes every morning. Thank you!

Peaceful

Beautiful place right on the beach, loved having breakfast on the balcony and watching sunsets. Kitchen is fully stocked, it was great to cook there. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere overall.

Beautiful views, excellent location!

Great condo, excellent ocean views, fantastic location, great amenities. The owner was excellent in communicating with us. The check in/out process was very simple. We were pleased with the proximity of the bakery, ABC store, and shave ice location, which were just across the street. The building was very quiet and there was always available parking. What a great experience! Highly recommended!

Deluxe unit with great location

Beautifully upgraded unit spotlessly clean. The combination bake micro instead of traditional oven was new to me, but worked well. Fabulous location on beautiful beach across from farmer's market. Resort staff very attentive.

Great Property at a Good Value!

The condo was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. The Condo Management was attentive and checked on the second day to make sure we were happy and if we had any questions. Beautiful location and so close to the Farmer's Market, which was neat. Had a wonderful time and we highly recommend the property.

Clean, comfortable condo with lovely ocean view

Great walking beach but not very good swimming. Condo is clean and has everything you could need. The remotes for the t.v. are a real challenge as is the confection oven when trying to bake something if you’ve never used one. Shower is great. Comfortable bed. Wrong size filters for coffee maker. Huge nice fridge. We got locked out our last night because the combo electric lock system failed but in about an hour someone came with the master key and let us in and they were very sorry. Maybe should have someone on the property with the master key. All in all had a wonderful time. Also, the Resort company had a nice bottle of champagne in the fridge for us to celebrate our 20th anniversary.

We loved this place and are planning on returning. However, the rooms beach chairs were old and dilapidated and the personal cooler was broken and unusable. Nice quiet area, beautiful beach, great view!

Great location, nice place.

Kihei Beach Condos is a great place, the location is not in the middle of all the bustling activity of 'tourist town' and was just the way we wanted it. Just across the street is a fantastic farmers market, and we were able to get a lot of our food there. There is an ABC store also across the road and you can pick up most of the essentials you might need there as well. When we first got to our room, An Ali'i agent met us at the door and gave us lots of great advice of other places to get groceries, and other great things to do and go and see while on the Island. The view out off the Lanai is simply amazing - that alone is worth staying here! The room condo is very clean, nicely kept, and felt like a home. Yes, there is a lot of road traffic that you can hear from the master bedroom first thing in the morning, but there is a sound machine in the room, and that does help. The traffic noise didn't bother us at all really - just I know a lot of people have comment on it. Really, all in all, the place, and the location were perfect for us. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was due to a problem with the washing machine. We tried to wash our clothes, and the machine didn't work, locked up and at 8:30 at night we were waiting for a representative from Ali'i to come and take care of it. It turned out, that we ended up have to go to another condo to do all our laundry for our stay. This only happened because it was a new machine that wasn't installed properly, and I am sure it is now taken care of. The representatives made accommodations for us, and took care of it the way they could, still, it was a bit of a disappointment to be trooping around the property at night doing our laundry. Would we come back and stay here again - absolutely we would, and we recommend it to anyone! The location of this place, is very central to pretty much everything on the Island, we did a lot of day trips from here, and we were able to get everywhere quickly. The beach in front of the condo is a small beach, and the water has a pretty rough break, so we didn't spend as much time in the water here as we did at other beaches around the Island.

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay. We felt very welcomed with the personal service and amenities that were provided. We loved watching the Kehei Canoe Club each morning from our lanai and our morning walk on the beach was so convenient when we are just steps away. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We will definitely be back!

We really loved our stay here and will most assuredly stay here again! It was right on the beach, had shopping and a little farmers market right across the street, and all of the necessary amenities needed for a great extended stay. We loved what Maui had to offer and will come back to explore more of it. The ONLY drawback to this place is that the bed was super hard.
