MAUI OCEAN VIEW 2 bed 2 bath with Air Conditioning

Watch the waves and surfing from this Direct Ocean View corner unit. Sleeps 4 comfortably with a possible 5th person on living room sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and one bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Enjoy wonderful views and trade wind breezes on the lanai. The unit includes a smart flat screen TV, wireless internet, a washer and dryer unit in the hallway & open parking for one car. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare all your meals. The building has a lovely heated swimming pool with 2 gas BBQs perfect for grilling dinner and watching the sunset. The unit is located on the 4th floor and the building is equipped with 2 elevators. Easy access to the beach and beach park right across the street. This wonderful condo overlooks Kalama Park with panoramic views of the ocean and Kaho`olawe, Molokini, Lana`i, and the West Maui Mountains. Each evening enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

When you stay in Kihei you are in the center of it all! You are close to the best beaches in Maui for sun, snorkel and swimming. South Maui has so many beaches and this unit is in the heart of the Kihei village with a perfect location to walk to everything: bars restaurants shops and beaches. The lovely new South Maui Gardens, surf and dive lessons, paddleboard and bike rentals are all just steps away. If your looking for family fun, the park across the street has it all-volleyball, softball, roller skate rink, skate board runs and kiddie play structures. Charley Young swimming beach 5 min walk with lifeguard station.

We stayed at this very clean Kīhei condo from 03/06/2026–03/16/2026 (extended one extra night), and it was exactly what we needed for a smooth, family-friendly Maui stay.The location is unbeatable- walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shops, and a grocery store, with a convenient corner store right below. South Maui Gardens is right behind the parking lot and such a charming bonus spot to explore.The condo itself had all the little things that make a big difference- fully stocked with handy essentials, beach gear ready to go, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and A/C (huge win). Our kids absolutely loved the pool, which is just two floors below the lanai.We experienced a Kona storm during our stay and briefly lost power from the afternoon of 03/13 to the afternoon of 03/14, but it was restored and out of the host’s control. Speaking of the host- super responsive and accommodating, especially when we needed to extend our stay last minute due to weather changes. (Thankful it’s not a first floor unit- yes there’s an elevator!)As animal lovers, we also loved seeing the community cats (fully vetted & well cared for!) and the wild chickens around- fun and uniquely Maui, not bothersome at all (just peek under your car before driving off!).We especially enjoyed relaxing on the lanai- great for sunsets and a little storm (and people) watching.Overall, 100% recommend. We would absolutely stay here again (2 adults 2 kids).

My friends and I loved our stay at this beautiful condo - it had everything we needed, and then some! Perfect location, wonderful amenities, and super clean and thoughtful touches! Nicki & Shane were excellent hosts - very communicative and super helpful that made the whole stay easy and so enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again.

Well stocked unit with dishes and pans for cooking meals, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, beach towels, giant pool noodle and a bamboo beach mat. Beautifully updated home! The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The powerlines only blocked our view of the street. We were at the end of the building, just above the pool so I could talk with family members in the pool from the balcony!

Perfect vacation rental

Everything about this condo is great. Free parking, across from the beach, short walk to the store and food truck… the list goes on. On site pool, friendly staff, grill on the property. A/c in all rooms which was great for us as Canadians. Loved the space and location! Thank you again!!

Overall the stay was good. Make sure set your bedroom AC units to no lower than 78 or the circuit breaker will kick in. Then you'll need to reset it at the electrical panel. Once we understood that the stay was fine.

It is a beautiful property right on the ocean front. We would just sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean and do nothing. And just couple minutes walk to everything.... restaurants, grocery, coffee shop.... And a well stocked unit. All attention is given to ensure we have everything we need including beach towels.

Great stay in Kihei!

We had a wonderful time staying in Patty’s lovely 2 bed/2bath apartment in Kihei. The location was excellent as we were across from the beach. We loved watching all the activity from our balcony when we were there. The apartment is very close to some very good beaches, lots of souvenir shops, close to a local grocery store (Foodland) and across from a park where people are playing volleyball or, walking biking running. We could see surfers from the balcony as well.Kitchen is well set up for meal prep in the apartment. We were very happy with the accommodation! Would definitely stay again.

Maui getaway

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Centrally located made it easy to get to all of the activities and destinations we went to in making our perfect adventure! Price per day was very reasonable for family of 4. Would / will go back to this location on our next trip for sure.

Great on the Budget!

We had an amazing stay. Place is very clean. Perfect view, ocean across the street. Rocky, but small place to swim on the right. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds comfortable. This place is not fancy but great price & like i said very clean. Everything you need for a great stay. Washer/dyer a big plus. Air conditioning in each room. Temperature was perfect inside. Communication with owner was so easy. She always responded & answered phone when i had questions. The only thing i would have liked was better beach chairs. One was broken, one kids chair and 2 heavy old beach chairs. They worked. But a couple of Costco chairs would be nice. And I’m sure owner would accommodate. She was lovely. ..I hope this review helps! Have a great stay. One thing i loved is one bathroom had 4 large towel racks for hanging bathing suits and towels. Seems like something little but helped more than you know! Have a great stay! T I perfect stay.
