Welcome to the newly renovated, top floor ''Turquoise Cove'' Villa - Makena Surf F301. This amazing property has unsurpassed ocean views, with a unique, double wrap-around lanai, perfect for enjoying tropical sunsets or catching the occasional glimpse of a whale in season. Far quieter than most busy resorts, this is one of Maui's best kept secrets, with direct access to a picturesque, uncrowded sandy swimming beach known for its abundance of tropical fish and gentle sea turtles. Ocean breezes flow through the villa, creating the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of shopping, snorkeling or sight-seeing.

And you'll be amazed at the high standard of luxury living at this magnificent property - no expense has been spared to make this the best villa in all of Makena Surf.

Everything is brand new, from the luxury, 600 thread count linens and soft cotton bathrobes, to the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, premium, elegant decor, high-tech, flat panel televisions and state of the art electronics.

The open, spacious floor plan includes an expansive Great Room with breath taking ocean views, and three richly appointed bedrooms, with a plush King mattress in the master bedroom, another luxurious King in the first guest bedroom, and two twin beds in the third guest bedroom that can be combined to form a third King if desired. A brand new Queen sofa bed easily accommodates additional guests. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, there are multiple DVD players, an iPod dock and stereo, two balcony terraces (one a large, wrap-around lanai), private in-villa laundry, BBQ grill, and central air conditioning. An office area complete with a desk, 4-in-1 office machine and office supplies is provided if work calls.

Local calls and high speed Internet access is free to our guests.

No detail has been missed and our villa is completely supplied with everything a guest might need with a full complement of household goods including kitchen spices, a coffee grinder and coffee maker, extra bed and bath linens, hair dryers, full-sized dish and laundry soap, paper and cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board, and tropical bath treats.

At Makena Surf you'll enjoy the ambient sound of the ocean and may never want to leave the resort itself, which sits directly on a sandy swimming beach, features two heated swimming pools, two outdoor spas, four tennis courts, lush, tropical landscaping, and is easy walking distance to the Sea Watch Restaurant or championship golf at Wailea Gold and Emerald Golf Clubhouses.

Visitors to Makena Surf remark on the privacy of the beach, the small tidepool perfect for curious children, and even the occasional whale song! Outstanding condo for my wife and two adult daughters. Very clean, well equipped and the two lanais are great - one looking over the ocean and one looking up to Haleakala. Plus the beach is outstanding - turtles, fish, coral and not crowded. The condo included beach chairs and umbrellas.

Superb Property and great for families with kids of all ages. Unbelievably well-stocked kitchen, laundry, and beach items, and cared for with attentive, responsive, and superkind owners. Close to all the major Wailea resorts and activities in Wailea, Kihei, and Makena. The pool is fabulous with hot tub, & the beach is front right near some of the best snorkeling on the island. The back porch faces the ocean, top floor unit, and has an awesome gas grill that is ready to use. We've been to Maui three prior times, and we're only returning here henceforth.

It was our first trip to Maui and we brought our adult children. Janet and Hugh were so friendly and responsive. The condo has everything you will need and is in a perfect quiet location with beach access. We really loved to front outdoor space for morning coffee and watching the sunset. What an experience. Truly thoughtful from start to finish. The hosts are communicative and friendly and accommodating. They helped my group out when we ran into a problem with our flights. Above and beyond. The facility is wonderful. The amenities, the location, the security and views. You get it all. We used all their pool and beach toys, the snorkeling was the best. Nothing but perfection. Unbelievable, we will be back! *Maui residents and workers are thrilled tourists are coming back. They are really hoping people understand this and visit.

My family and I stayed at Janet's beautiful condo for a week and did not want to leave. She has absolutely anything you could never need on a holiday, she truly has thought of everything! She is extremely quick with communication as well. I highly recommend this accommodation! The view is also breathtaking. Nothing but positive things to say :)

OMG. What a vacation home. The patio was large and once the gigantic sliding doors were pulled back, the inside and outside were one. We sat for hours with our cocktails listening to the crashing of the waves on the rocky shoreline. Being on the 3rd floor gave a great view of ocean and sunsets were plentiful. Inside there was a fully stocked chefs kitchen with anything that you need from spices to utensils to sugar. Nothing was overlooked. There was one super large master bedroom with a huge bathroom and access to 2 patios. We slept with the doors opened and listened to the crashing waves. 2 other private rooms with their own bathrooms rounded out the sleeping rooms. The unit was recently upgraded as everything was new and clean The resort style grounds could put itself ahead of a 5 start resort with beautiful local plantings and trees. There were 2 pools and 2 hottubs and an herb garden that rounded out the facilities. Access to the beach was from the grounds and the beach was never crowded. We saw turtles everyday and the swimming and snorkeling and boogieboarding was great. The unit provided chairs, umbrellas, and boogieboards The hosts could not have been nicer. They called and provided info before we got their on their unit and Maui in general. They even met us at the unit when we arrived and showed us everything in the unit and even helped us with or luggage (Thanks Janet and Hugh !!) A 5 rating all around is deserved. The best compliment we can give is that we plan on staying there when we go back in a few years

Great property in a lovely location. The condo has access to two beaches, one larger, one a smaller bay that the condo overlooks. The view is spectacular across the ocean and you are lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves breaking just below your window. The development has a nice pool, a small gym where you can work out, and the landscaping just puts you in the Maui mood all the time. Great place

This is our third time in this lovely villa. My 5 Girlfriends and I have thoroughly enjoyed all of our stays. It was a relaxing trip, nothing really on the agenda, although we did drive to Ho’Okipa Beach to see the massive turtles sunning themselves, and went to Mama’s Fish House. Most of the time, we stayed at the villa, in the pool, on the beach, on the deck, you cannot get enough of the ocean views and sounds from the decks, the gorgeous sunsets. The well appointed kitchen never disappoints, we cooked every day except for one dinner. We all slept very well, beds are so comfortable. Everything needed for days on the beach or by the pool are provided, I.e. chairs, umbrellas, towels, mats, noodles. The personal touches by Hugh and Janet are so appreciated, again, it felt like we were coming home. It was hard to leave ‘our place’. Thank you.

We had another fantastic week in this unit. Hugh and Janet are fantastic hosts, and this unit is in impeccable shape. Great upgrades and maintained very well. This is our 3rd year in a row staying in it, and we look forward to many more!
