This is a beautiful vacation condominium in the prestigious Wailea resort area regarded as the 'sunny side' of Maui!

The Ekahi complex has just completed the construction of our brand new Pavilion at the beach and it is fabulous!!

It has a lovely ocean view and an beautiful and private lanai to view it from. The condo is bright, airy and well appointed. We also own unit #32C in the building next door!

The entire condo has been recently renovated with all the latest materials and finishings. It features a state-of-the-art split ductless air conditioning system (for those uniquely tropical evenings). The living room features new ceramic tile, a new pullout sectional sofa, end table and a flat panel smart TV with Apple TV and a Sonos playbar for music. The kitchen was completely renovated. The size and usability was enhanced through the creation of an island to replace the previous bar. Granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances create the look of elegance with a tropical flavor.

The bathroom is also completely redone featuring the same materials as used in the living room and kitchen with some accent tiling added.

We are perfectly set up for kids with beach toys, beach chairs, a crib, a highchair and games so you can leave all that at home!

We have an excellent entertainment system for your beach 'downtime' including two flat screen TVs, a Sonos playbar, wireless internet and a telephone with free local and long distance calling to the USA and Canada (you can leave your cell phones along with the outrageous roaming charges at home!).

We know that cleanliness is of upmost concern to you and as such we engage a professional cleaning company on Maui to ensure that the condo is clean and ready for your stay! All of their employees have been trained in how to properly follow all guidelines as provided by the CDC and VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals). Your booking agreement will detail their specific protocols to give you peace of mind that you are being taken care of.

Ekahi Village is located on 38 acres of lush surroundings and includes four swimming pools, a beachfront pavilion, paddle courts, shuffleboard and direct access to Keawakapu beach where people of all ages swim, boogie board, snorkel or simply enjoy the magnificent views. Ekahi Village is a short walk from the 'Shops of Wailea', an upscale shopping and dining area and minutes from championship golf, tennis and world famous beaches.

We had a fantastic stay in this condo. The proximity to the beach and pool was definitely one of the best features. The condo was clean and provided all the necessary beach equipment and daily supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai and view every evening. Amazing sunsets as you can see from the photo! The location of this condo is conveniently close to lots of different restaurants and stores. We look forward to coming back!

Great location - condo. Family of 5.

We stayed here for a family vacation with our three young kids (ages 7, 6, and 3), and overall had a great experience. The location is hard to beat—just a short walk to the beach with convenient access to the pool and pavilion area, which made it easy to bounce between activities with the kids. If your not cooking, Kihei offers great and affordable food options within a 10 minute drive.The condo itself was solid. The murphy bed and pullout couch gave us the flexibility we needed with our crew, and the master bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent, which was a nice bonus after long beach days.There were a couple of small things that could be improved. The beach gear could use a refresh, and the vacuum cleaner didn’t really work. We also would’ve appreciated a few more basic supplies—just one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag made the first day a little inconvenient.That said, the unit worked well for our family and the location made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Would recommend, especially for families with young kids.

Great unit with a horrible mattress

My wife and I stayed in this unit for over a week and the unit itself is marvelous. It has great views and is close to the beach. The only drawback was the mattress was so uncomfortable. We could not sleep on it.

Great place close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, exactly like the listing. Very well equipped for cooking and beach gear. It had sun umbrellas, beach chairs, kids beach toys, beach/pool towels and even a wagon to carry everything to the beach. The walk to the beach is very short. The way back is a little bit up hill but totally doable with a stroller. The bbqs were also very close. Would stay here again!

Halloween Getaway

Great VRBO with ocean views and close walking distance to the beach. Condo was clean with no issues. Beach can get crowded but we found if we walked around the point, the beach was deserted. Unfortunately, this condo is next to pickle ball court that started early in the morning and the upstairs unit made quite a bit of noise during our stay.

Dream trip to Maui in dream condo

We loved the whole experience of staying at 30C. Our family of four fit perfectly. Beds super comfy, ideal location and it really is fully equipped with everything one could need. Our kids loved walking right outside to check out the lizards and birds. The pavilion and main pool are so beautiful. We hope to return next year!

Nice unit in large Wailea complex

One bedroom and one bath . Couch pulls out to sleeper, plus a small Murphy bed. Unit is very clean with all you need in kitchen supplies. Nice patio with ocean in distance. Steps away from pool and a 10 minutes nite walk to beach, 20 minute walk to Wailea shops. Good communication from host Tracy. Recommended!

Perfect spot

Beautiful location, wonderful views and proximity to pool and beach. Impeccable unit with everything we needed. The nearby beach is accessed through the main pool and offers excellent snorkeling just steps away. The condo was very comfortable, with beautiful views from the lanai. We hope to return some time!

Ekahi Village 30C ~ 5 Star week!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This well equipped condo will have everything you need. The property is situated just steps from the ocean as well as 2 pools close by . It’s quiet and with enough privacy for anyone wanting to relax. Comfy bed , plush towels and linens , A/C, snorkel gear , boogie boards , beach towels , umbrella , etc . Beautiful view from Lana’i where we ate quite a bit . Great outdoor grill too . Was a seamless process from start to finish . We hate to leave , but hope to return soon . Lovely, updated condo in a great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 30c. The unit is really comfy and in a terrific location, close to a quiet pool and a short walk to the main pool and beach. The kitchen and living room/dining rooms are tastefully updated. We loved our morning coffee on the patio listening to the birds singing and most evenings, we enjoyed BBQing on the patio and sitting under the stars for dinner. The host is wonderful to deal with and everything was seamless. 5 Stars from us! We'll be back!!

Well equipped with a nice view

Had a nice stay at this well-equipped condo with a lovely ocean view from the lanai and kitchen. We didn't cook this trip, but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. There were also beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas in an outside storage area. This is a nicely laid out, well landscaped, low rise development with easy walking access to the beach and several pool areas.

Ideal location for us!

We really enjoyed the ocean view with close proximity to a beautiful beach which is not overrun with people! The unit was nicely appointed with great linens modern updates and a well equipped kitchen. We will come back again and highly recommended this home. I wish I had seen the very informative binder full of local recommendations sooner! It was right by the tv but I didn’t even notice it until the night before we left. Oh well plenty to do next time...
