  • Wailea Grand Champions #86 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the second floor with gorgeous ocean and golf course views. Window unit air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs, a Blu-ray player, free WIFI, and telephone. There is a king bed in the bedroom, a/c, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, alarm clock, and full bathroom with walk-in shower. In the living room you'll find window a/c, ceiling fan, large flat-screen TV, and a Blu-ray DVD player. For outdoor activities, Wailea Grand Champions #86 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 2.
    Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
    Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
    Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
    Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
    We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
    The nearby Ulua and Mokapu Beaches are a quick drive down the hill from the The Grand Champions Villas in Wailea. The complex is surrounded by lovely tropical gardens. It is located in the exclusive Wailea Resort. The complex offers two swimming pools, sundecks, spa tubs, restrooms, showers and barbecue grills. In addition the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena are minutes away as well as the famous Wailea Tennis Club. Wailea Grand Champions consists of 188 units in 20 two- and three-story buildings.

Great location, second story amazing view!

Great grand champions condo, we’ve stayed in many, and this one was well appointed and had a great view. Was concerned about being on the second story just for ease of access, but the view of the blue course and the ocean in the distance definitely made it worth a small stair climb. Would definitely stay again!

Property was fairly described and is a very well-maintained older unit w/ golf course view. To be picky, the mattress was a bit flaccid, probably about time for new. "Window Shaker" type a/c units cycle on and off too often for my liking, modern units would be a big improvement. Enjoyed my stay!

The supplies for the laundry and dishwasher for a 2 week stay were a little low but we brought some from home so no big deal. The view from the lanai is fantastic and the lovebirds that visit are so cute! The bed is super comfortable and aircon is powerful. Easy walk to the pool and lots of restaurants and shops. Had issues with the wifi which were dealt with promptly.

Very roomy unit and kitchen well stocked, great to have two bathrooms and all the beach amenities (chairs/umbrella/noodles)! TV a bit confusing to operate, a sheet with instructions on coffee table might be nice? One rather dead spot on sofa, but still pretty comfortable. Bed is about an 8 out of 10, perfectly fine.View was very nice, both ocean and mountains, and watching golfers more fun than expected!We would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to friends/family!

The location and convenience to the beach’s and shopping centers is excellent. We stayed August 31st to September 7th. The condo is well equipped with everything you need if you’re interested in cooking. During our stay we managed to enjoy multiple beaches along the coast. We found multiple beach chairs and umbrellas to use which made us feel better because of the strong Hawaiian sun. The location is excellent. Across from the community is a shopping center with coffee shops and stores to explore. Further down the road is Wailea’s boujee shopping center with luxurious shops. We often stopped at the wailea shops because of it convenient market with access to sandwiches and snacks during our stay. We enjoyed the lanai overlooking the golf course and our ability to view the ocean in the morning. The community is organized and well manicured. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Maui. You will enjoy it cleanliness and convenience on the island.

Reviewer Comments: So most of us who vacation in Hawaii love Maui for it’s ease of access from the mainland, lack of any serious traffic, handy shopping and diversity of climate (rain & dry). So if you are on Maui you are already in a great spot. If you are in Wailea you are in one of the nicest places on the island to relax! If you rent this condo you have one of the best values in all of Wailea. The view from the Lanai is terrific if you like to combine golf views with ocean views. We love taking two pairs of binoculars and having breakfast outside and enjoying the show that the wintering humpback whales put on. The kitchen allows you to put on your chef’s hat and make your own great meals. The available BBQ’s at the pools make for a great place to meet others visiting from around the world. ... And the pools one for families and one for adults are just perfect and cozy... The condo being on the second floor makes for great views and it’s so nice to open the windows and take advantage of a mild cool breeze in the evening. If it’s’ a hotter day we will use either of the two available air conditioners. Having 2 complete bathrooms in a one bedroom condo is really nice and handy. The included laundry on the lanai means you don’t have to pack as many clothes as you think you will need which makes traveling significantly easier. We usually stop at Costco after picking up our car and then another stop at Safeway at Kihei to pick up our supply of groceries. Then in 10 minutes we are putting things away in the kitchen. Within minutes of that we are either whale watching or at the pool! We found this spot extremely clean and had no issues with anything. Have already booked for next year and included an additional week... you can’t go wrong here!

Host was fine, location fine, the home is nice but very “worn and tired”. Old appliances, carpet very worn and stained, dishes etc limited and low end, tiny TV … all “ok” but for the price charged it’s not good value

Wonderful Getaway for Newly Empty Nesters

Perfect size for just me and my husband. Enjoyed having our coffee/breakfast in the morning with the glorious view of the ocean. Convenient location and within walking distance of beaches, shopping, restaurants and a fantastic gourmet market/deli. Will definitely be returning.

Beautiful golf course to ocean views

Love Grand Champions every time we stay here. Enjoyed this condo but it is starting to look worn. Carpet stained, shower door glass stained, lanai and windows were not clean--nothing that a good, deep cleaning wouldn't take care of.

Great rental!

Loved the property location right on the golf course quite entertaining when sitting out on the lanai. Beautifully furnished and decorated. I would definitely rent this unit again it was perfect for just my husband and me.🌴👍

Great Location + Comfortable Accommodations + View = Perfection

Absolutely thrilled that the owner of this fine property has made it available through VRBO! The 1 bedroom apartment takes advantage of being in Grand Champions and has one of the best views available. Every detail of the unit is carefully designed to make you secure and comfortable. The owner has selected quality GE appliances that work as they should. Essentially everything you could want in your home away from home! We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed what Wailea offers.

A lovely condo - well appointed (sharp knives in the kitchen!!!) and in a convenient, quiet area. Good restaurants in walking distance - don't miss Wailea Kitchen by the Tennis Club: great open air atmosphere, outstanding service and excellent food. Absolutely recommend
