Captivating Ocean Views from Polo Beach Club 805! Direct ocean front location with beach access.

You will marvel at the exquisite furnishings and decor at Polo Beach Club 805.
As you enter, you are greeted by the sophisticated style of this beautiful ocean front condo.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful white counters, plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need.

As you settle into the living area, you can relax to the soothing sound of the ocean. There is a large sectional with plenty of seating for the whole family. Enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV.

There is a dining area with seating for four and an eat-up bar for additional seating.

The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow for seamless indoor/outdoor enjoyment. The private grand lanai offers plenty of space to enjoy your favorite beverage and lounge. Gaze off at the mesmerizing views of Molokini, Kaho'olawe, and the West Maui mountains.

Your primary bedroom offers gorgeous ocean views and access to the private lanai. There is a king bed with luxurious linens, flat screen TV, and ensuite bath.

The primary bath offers a nice vanity area, walk-in tiled shower, and plenty of closet space.

Your guest bedroom is beautifully decorated, with two queen beds, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. The guest bath is located conveniently just off the guest bedroom.

Full-size washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.

Central AC throughout makes this condo comfortable all year round.

The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property features a pool and jacuzzi tub for guest use. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.

POOL/SPA WORK: The pool and hot tub will be closed for approximately 2 weeks beginning Friday, August 29, 2025 to allow for piping and mechanical repairs to the filtration system. During this time, the pool and spa will be drained and no one will be allowed to access the pool deck. Lounge chairs will be moved outside of the pool deck on to the grass. Please call Reservations at (808) 891-2900 with any questions.

Starting December 1st, when you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on property after 11:59 pm.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. We have stayed at Polo Beach many times over the years, and this was our favourite unit. Immaculate and well appointed, we had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Excellent communication with management company. I will definitely be booking this unit the next time I visit Maui.

Best Location in Wailea

Our stay was incredible. The unit was equipped with everything we needed to include pantry staples, snacks, beach chairs, and towels for the beach and pool. The unit was clean and the view was incredible. We will be booking with Polo Bech and Coldwell Rentals for our future stay. The only feedback I have to offer is a booklet with some instructions on how to work some of the things in the unit like the shades. It wasn’t difficult to figure out but written instructions along with printed instructions for check-out would be wonderful. Also, a bathroom located near the pool area would also be a positive improvement suggestion for Polo Beach. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations.

Awesome view

Beautiful property. Unit was clean and fully stocked with everything you need. Only thing we had to rent from the property manager was beach umbrellas ($4/each/day). Bed was comfortable. Shower was fully stocked with liquids. Kitchen had plenty of cookware and glasses. Coffee pot was a drip with a k-cup converter. Bag of coffee supplied as well as snacks. No issues. Wonderful view from the balcony. Pool was also a great retreat. It was usually empty when we went. Highly recommend.

Excellent Condo and Service

Everything was great and easy with this condo. Location and the condo itself. Working with the property manager was also great- they alerted us to an unforeseen construction project in a surrounding condo and made it right.

awesome view and location!

Stayed here for 10 nights. beautifully maintained condo with spectacular large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean, facing west for beautiful sunsets. unobstructed views right on the beach. although it is a public beach, it seems very nearly private. never got too busy during our entire stay. sandy beach and smooth sandy ocean floor, not rocky like many beaches in hawaii. pleasant waves - not too rough. easy walk to neighboring resorts (fairmont, four seasons, grand wailea) for fine restaurant meals or evening cocktails, though the kitchen is well equipped - including blender for sunset frozen cocktails! - for dinner at "home". very comfortable and pleasant. I also would like to commend the management company (Coldwell Bankers Island Vacations). We had an unexpected issue during our stay and they were very accommodating. it was addressed very well to our satisfaction. Thanks! would definitely return on another trip to maui!

Great place to relax

Location is fantastic. Unit is top floor with amazing views. The property and common areas are spotless and well maintained. The unit itself has everything you need - beach chairs, a cooler, etc. unit has great layout and the electronics work well. The only complaints. Unit needs just a little minor maintenance. Towel bar in master fell off the wall with first use. Screen door to exterior off the tracks to deck and we found many of the plates, cookware and glassware were less than clean. Not major stuff and by no means would it dissuade us from renting again.

Premium location in Maui.

Honestly, you can’t ask for a better condo. Top floor, facing the ocean. There isn’t a bad view to be had. Located on the very popular walking path connecting Polo beach club and all the resorts plus The shops at Wailea. Condo property is meticulously maintenanced. This community has a private beach right outside its doorstep. Very quiet community. No hassles. Great management. 10/10 would stay again.

Simply amazing Best vacation spot ever

We absolutely loved this rental. Such a great location. Sunsets were stunning. The fact that we were literally 60 ft from the beach and the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore was breath taking. We planned this trip for our 20th Anniversary and it was a home run in our book. We look forward to coming back. We met a great family from California who told us they have been coming to these Condos every 3 months for almost 40 years. That should say it all. We were so impressed from start to finish. Thank you for such a great stay.

Great place/views

Overall great place and experience. However, a few issues. Lack of availability of Jacuzzi very disappointing. First, a part (that took a few days to be delivered) was required to get the temperature up over 97, but then the timer/dial failed. So it was only available for a few days out of our 10 days stay. Also the door into the master bedroom has a loud squeak as it’s closing, the light over the cooktop is out, and a couple of the towel racks need to be adjusted so they don’t come off the support bracket. Overall, great place. We’ve already booked a return trip.

Awesome views, comfortable stay, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed condo. The oceanfront views are amazing. The condo was mostly clean (my son found a couple of socks - not his - under his bed) and very comfortable. The kitchen appeared well-supplied, though we did minimal cooking. The free parking and keyless entry were great. Note that the blinds in the master let in a good bit of light, so we were up with the sun most days. I do wish more shampoo, conditioner and soap had been supplied since we had a 9-night stay; had to purchase more. But otherwise, we were happy here and would stay again.

Phenomenal

Staggering direct ocean front unit with views of West Maui, Lanai, Kaoholawe and Molokini. Perfect size sandy beach which felt private and the path along the coastline was just outside of the lobby...shops, restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment was nicely decorated and the staff responsive. Mahalo for a fabulous stay-cation!
