  • Located on five miles of sandy beach on Maui’s southwest shore, the lovely Sugar Beach Resort will capture your heart. Take a leisurely stroll down the sparkling white-sands of Maalaea Bay’s Sugar Beach, one of Maui’s favorite places to swim, snorkel, kite-board, and watch a canoe race. Enjoy brilliant sunsets, whale watch from your lanai, and listen to the roar of the ocean during your stay in our comfortable one bedroom, privately owned condominium. This condo is fully furnished with Wifi, two flat screen TV's, DVD player, a modern kitchen with stainless appliances - including stove, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee maker - central air conditioning and large capacity stainless washer/dryer. Relax on the beautifully landscaped grounds with the pool, hot tub, sauna, gas barbecues, restaurant/cocktail lounge, shops and activities located just outside your door. Come visit us today!

Location, location, location.

We absolutely loved this place! Very well kept, up to date, quality furnishing/appliances. Everything we needed for our stay. The property (including the view) was actually better than the photos made it look! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Clean, perfectly appointed with everything you need to cook and then some; comfy bed, fluffy towels, great location. Beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, fins and lovely A/C in the whole unit to cool off. Great place! We had an epic anniversary!

Everything was spotless and very well appointed. Everything we needed for our stay was available. Bed very comfortable. The lanai was wonderful to watch the sunset and whale watching. Lovely pool. Beach was so pretty.

Christmas through New Years 2023/2024

We had an amazing time in this condo at the Sugar Beach resort. It was right on the beach and just a short walk down the beach we could get shaved ice and shop the ABC store. there’s also a farmers market that was open that we could get fresh fruits and vegetables and look at the local jewelry. It was a very family friendly resort and everyone was so nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

No better location to vacation

We always choose Sugar Beach Resort as our go to place for Maui vacations. This unit is on a corner with extra viewing. All amenities are available in the kitchen and bathroom. All tile and hardwood so sweeping keeps it tidy. Granddaughter met a bird on the lanai and they wrote notes back and forth. So many memories on this vacation. I highly recommend this location.

Escape from Winter

Awesome resort in uncrowded North Kihei. We had flight problems and arrived three days late but Chris and Patti were very generous and let us stay extra night since there next guest was not due for another day. We will be back!
