"The place was perfect! We have family in the area and usually stay for 3 to 4 nights. The price was exceptional for the accommodations: a studio unit with a king bed, spacious living area, and a nice-sized kitchen. The location was close to family, shopping, and dining. The property was very clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was included and had many options with fresh fruit to go. We will definitely stay here again. One slight negative—it can be hard to locate. "

The facility is ideally located near our family, the reason for our visits to Phoenix. The one bedroom unit is spacious and equipped for comfort and convenience. It allows us to feel at home while traveling."

"Stayed for a week for ASU graduation. It was close enough to Tempe but without the huge crowds of Tempe. LOTS of shopping & restaurants within a 2 mile drive. Loved having a full kitchen and a washer & dryer in the unit, especially after my husband & 3 kids went ATV'ing in the desert!! Great location, clean & roomy for our family of 5."
