They only had waffles, cereal, tasty potatoes with peppers, gravy, very small apples, dry biscuits (no butter or jelly), no eggs, and the little muffins were so hard/stiff I couldn't bite into them. - There were no dog bags and doo doo all over the grassy parts. - The sidewalk around the back of the hotel had all kinds of debris, broken glass, etc. as if homeless were living there. "Is not as expensive, no breakfast offered. Front desk is window hard to see and hear clerk. Room was clean but you can tell there’s regulars who stay there. "

"Randomly see fent addicts in the hallways. Usually 2nd floor. Occasionally having randos (always men) Knocking on the door asking for someone else that's not in your room. (Just don't open the door and they go away with a "wrong room)..."

"They inexplicably deducted 26 yuan from my deposit, claiming it was for smoking. I don't smoke at all. The facilities were rudimentary and the environment was terrible; the bedding was torn and dirty."

"Room was awful first room had pillows that was as thin as a cracker ended up using the blanket for one the bed felt like a box spring no towel holders could not double lock the doors they where broken the peep hole was missing and it had a 50 dollar deposit on top of everything still have not gotten that back"

"Staff is not avaliable from midnight until 9am. Goodluck if you forgot your key and it's in the room you just exited to get something from your car at 2am. They will be able to recharge a replacement key at 9am. If they arrive on time."

My 73 year old mother and I were furious told front desk I was only offered another room and said they can’t control who rents a room!!!"

"Booked a 1 br with microwave and refrigerator. Got a room with 2beds, no refrigerator, and no microwave room was not very nice. Clean, but severeal lights dud not work. Over all room had holes in the rug, old furnishings such as dresser drawer stuck some could not stay open and some fell out. Not a nice hotel, will not go back there."
