"The property was well maintained and easy to check into. All the appliances were in working order and the villa was clean and comfortable. The hosts were great to communicate with and were friendly and helpful. Do stay here if you want a short walk to the beach and a comfortable place to stay."

"Beautiful property steps from the beach. The condo was very clean and spacious. The parking lot was very dark at night, so I would suggest making sure you have your phone/flashlight with you if you need to go to your car. Would definitely stay again."

"All four of us on our annual girls trip decided this was the best property we have stayed at yet. Cozy, yet spacious. Well stocked with everything we needed. Furniture was very comfortable. Loved the little sitting area that looked out at the pond. We were graced with the presence of an Osprey who visited the same branch in the same tree several times day during our entire stay. We named him Oscar. Definitely on our repeat list!"

"We booked a last minute weekend getaway to the beach! This was a great villa at Kiawah Island. We really enjoyed the villa and the short walk to the beach! We also enjoyed the scenic view from the villa. We had a Great Blue Heron that stayed by the pond right out side the back of the villa. The furnishing and well-stocked kitchen were great! It was a short trip, but fun and enjoyable! We look forward to booking this villa again and hopefully planning on staying longer next time, but if not, we...

"We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah. The villa was very comfortable and clean. The owners are great communicators and return messages fast. Recommended for couples since there is one bedroom, although there is a pull down bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking simple meals or snacks. Good supply of ice. "

"Love this house! Saltwater pool, short walk to ocean, lots of space, and so many things provided for by owner—beach towels are a real plus as no need to pack! Kitchen supplies are abundant…including many spices, coffee filters, napkins, paper towels; laundry has Tide pods, bounce sheets. And the weather was great this week. Thanks! "

"Kiawah Elegance was a dream of a vacation home and was just perfect for our family! The home is spacious, well located, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very well outfitted for our every need while on vacation.
