We have stayed here before - under a previous property manager. Great location with easy access to the beach. We appreciate the ability to bring our dog with us. We will rent here again. Our only suggestion to new property management company is to check supplies to make sure everything is there - we got 1/2 a roll of paper towels with no back up. Not the end of the world but just a detail that should be taken care of. Also some of the glasses in the cupboard need to be run through the dishwasher. Thanks for letting us stay - we will be back!

Only an hour from home but felt like a world away. Easy walk to the Nest and Night Heron Park. Beach is a 10-15 minute walk depending on your route. The condo is lovely and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. The porch was our most favorite part. The villa is like staying in a sophisticated tree house. Our pup really enjoyed his stay too and plenty of places to walk in the vicinity. Freshfield Village easily accessible for additional dining and shopping with dog friendly outdoor seating at all restaurants. Looking forward to our next stay!

Comfortable and well stock kitchen. We have stayed in many places and this might have been one of the best stocked kitchens. Pots and pans in good condition. Everything needed to make a full home cooked meal. Bedrooms were big with very comfortable beds. Living space accommodating for 4 people without problems. Loved the screened in porch in the middle of the trees - so relaxing and a really short walk to the beach!! Would definitely stay here again!! Just wish check out time was 11 really hard to get teens moving and out by 10am.

Great condo/townhouse. Comfortable beds, updated kitchen, beautiful light with all the windows. It’s up several flights of stairs, so carrying bikes up can be a hassle, but our stay was wonderful

Condo was centrally located, clean, and equipped with what we needed. Also, comfy sofa and throws in the closet to snuggle up in while watching tv. Unless we just didn’t locate the switch, would suggest lights coming up the outside stairs. Little tricky to navigate after dark.

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was well equipped and in a great location. We especially enjoyed the porch. There are steps to enter the unit and the lake is not fully visible but these were minor things. Overall very good.

Our 2 13 yos loved the freedom of bike riding. It didn’t hurt that we had a store/restaurant and a huge park close to the property. A measuring cup would have been nice but that’s my only suggestion. Also I did not get a response how to rent a grill from the Mgr co, but we took the George Foreman and that worked for hamburgers and quesadillas. Highly recommended for small families. Plenty of room to spread out on the screened porch and living room. The kids gave it 10/10 and we adults did too!

We were impressed that the unit had been further updated since the photos had been taken, delivered very clean and management was super helpful and responsive when we had a few glitches(lock pad on door stopped working one night when we returned from dinner). We brought a lot of our own kitchen supplies and gadgets as we were there for a month and a half. Very quiet unit especially in January. Wi-Fi was good and strong and we both had spaces to work.Easy stroll to wonderful beach..great birding right from the unit. Overall great unit and wonderful stay.

Loved our first trip to Kiawah Island! The condo was perfect for our small family & dogs. We loved being close to the beach access ~ about a 5 min walk…so much beauty in this area. We rented bikes and explored a lot of the island this way! Would definitely stay here again!

Place was quiet, peaceful, and clean. However, the mini refrigerator and the cooler were not sufficient as I enjoy making meals at the beach. Very inconvenient. Overall, we did not let it ruin our time away for the first time since the pandemic. We have asked for some compensation but no word from Vacasa yet. Hopefully we will hear from you all soon.

The overall impression of the property was good. The property had been cleaned but I think the inspector didn't make it there. There was a remote laying on the bed with no batteries and there was clean dishes in the dishwasher and a dirty pizza pan and cutter in the over. Everything was on point and we really enjoyed our time there.

The property was perfect for our needs, as a home away from my mom's home in Kiawah as a place to lay our head down at night. The two bathrooms was also a life saver for my husband and I to get ready separately, and the details in the kitchen were lovely (sponges, utensils, etc). The ONLY downfall is the beds -- mattresses aren't great and the entire bed seemed to move every time you or your partner makes a slight adjustment to sleep. Overall, it was fine though! Definitely would stay again!
