This first-floor Seascape villa is located in the vibrant West Beach area and provides easy access to Kiawah’s acclaimed 10-mile beach.

The freshly painted and redecorated villa boasts less than a two-minute walk to the beach. The generous sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows showcases a tranquil wooded view and provides additional bistro-style dining and the perfect reading nook.

Enjoy everything Kiawah has to offer such as golf, tennis, and numerous onsite dining options. Rent a bike or bring your own to explore the 30 miles of paved bike trails! Only a short distance to Cougar Point Clubhouse and Freshfields Village, you can enjoy unique shopping and dining experiences.

Equipped with cable TV, a Roku, and wireless internet, you are able to stay connected.

This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

It was a nice little place for a short getaway. The beach access was nice. The faucet in the bathroom sink sprayed all over the counter and the mattress pad cover on the bed was in need of laundering. The washer & dryer were helpful to have. The upstairs neighbors were very loud & had a barking dog that was annoying.

Great location, steps from the beach. The villa is cute, compact and clean and perfect for 2 as advertised. Good access to the beach and we enjoyed riding our bikes through the forest to other activities like tennis. Convenient to Freshfields too

Clean & close to the beach. I would stay here again but I see the price has gone up. It is a great location. Location, location, location. Negatives- hard uncomfortable furniture. Also the washer & dryer in the bedroom make it really hot & it takes forever for towels to dry.

Had a fantastic time in Kiawah. The place was just as described. The communication throughout the booking, check-in, stay and check-out was excellent. This was our second time staying at this property and we’d definitely come back!

3542 Seascape was a great beach stay. It was just as the pictures showed and very well stocked. It was spotless and furnished very well. The only thing I could suggest is a tea kettle as we are tea drinkers and the beautiful windows could be done with blinds or shutters as for more privacy when the lights are on in the evening hours. But would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. It was just a short walk to the beach.Loved our stay 😍

This property was recently updated, very clean and in a great location. It’s very close to the beach. I was running the Kiawah marathon and this location was so close to the start and finish line, which was what I was looking for.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed are getaway. Cozy accommodations! The pictures are accurate. Fabulous bed linens! Actually looked at the brand and ordered a set for our home. Excellent location! Truly 2 minute walk to beach.

Immaculate, modern studio right near Cougar Point GC, ideal for a couple. Step outside and walk 20 yards to the boardwalk and you’re on the beach. 2 beach chairs are in the underneath storage bin front of condo. Couple of cons; shower head is low, so if you’re 6’ you’ll be bending to get underneath and no easy access to power on both nightstands, so re-charging your phone or devices on the night stand requires an extension cord. Those items don’t outweigh the location, easy parking (right up front) and cleanliness. Would rent again.

This is our third third time at Kiawah in one of these units and this one has been - by far - the nicest. Everything’s fresh and comfortable and we had a lovely, restive time on our favorite beach. We would definitely rent this unit again!

This couldn't have been in a better spot! The walk to the beach was so easy with bike parking right in front, too. It was clean and cozy and had every kitchen tool you could think of! The porch was great to have the option to keep the windows closed. We also loved being so close to Cougar Point Clubhouse to walk to dinner and drinks. We loved it here!

We enjoyed our 3 1/2 day stay on Kiawah Island. The accommodations were great. Kitchen facilities helped allowed us to fix breakfast each morning. We struggled with the TV in the main room. We could not get channels to change. Everything stayed on TBS. We believe the previous resident did not sign out of his ROKU account. Written directions would be helpful on how to run the main TV. We had no trouble with the TV in the bedroom. We also were given a parking pass for another unit which was different from our check in information. Sending a message that you will be texting us with key access information the day of arrival with the email containing our parking pass would be helpful. We left days before and wanted that information secure before leaving our home. Overall, thanks for a great stay.

Pros: Short walk to beach. Kitchen was clean and appliances worked. Good AC. Bedding clean and pillows good. Decorated nicely. Cons: Travel during Covid 19 tough, but expected higher level of cleanliness. Glass table tops and sliding glass doors had sticky children's finger prints, beverage rings, and dog nose smudges. Sand and Goldfish chips had not been swept from under coffee table. Couch had lint and dog hair on it. Sheets for pull out were stored in a livingroom corner basket that may have been occupied by said dog as they were semi-unfolded had dirt and hair on them. Called to have cleaners return, never happened. Once we sprayed everything down, stay was enjoyable.

I’m really not being dramatic when I say that the check in process could not have been worse. The property had not even begun to be cleaned when we arrived at the stated check in time. We had our infant and dog with us and had just completed an almost 5 hour ride in the car. To say we were ready to get out of the car and unpack and get settled is and understatement. I called the rental property vacasa and was told to maybe go hang out at a grocery store until they could get the property cleaned. Really?? First off we are in the middle of a pandemic and not really interested in taking my infant into a grocery store to hang out because you guys don’t have your stuff together. Finally received a call back 45 minutes later that it would be another 45 minutes to get the place cleaned. We finally got in close to 6:00. The woman who I spoke to told me well 4:00 is just an estimated time it’s not really a guarantee. Huh. Nowhere is it stated that! It clearly says your property will be ready at 4 pm. I even received a text that morning saying this. Horrible customer service. Also just a heads up If it matters to you the cleaning staff was not wearing masks as they advertise in their policy. When I called and complained about this I was told “well it’s very hard to clean in masks”. Well then maybe DON’T advertise it in your policy. Very rude way to speak to a paying customer also. The place was also filthy when we got in. Sheets were stained, I had to re wash them. After five minutes my baby (who crawls) had soot on her hands. It was very obvious the floors had not been cleaned. I found a used shampoo bottle in the shower and the toilet paper roll was almost empty obviously hadn’t been changed. I mopped myself and it was disgusting what I cleaned up. The property is OK and I will give it props that it is right next to the beach but I would never stay at a vacasa property again because the service is absolutely awful and their complete lack of cleanliness (ESPECIALLY in a global pandemic) is disgraceful.

This was our first time on Kiawah Island and we will definitely be back. Condo is perfect for any couple and it’s dog friendly if you want to bring Fido. We really enjoyed using the sun room. It was the perfect quiet getaway during the pandemic.
