Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und das ganze Team besonders Masha waren immer sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht. Das Wlan war sehr gut auch Streaming war problemlos möglich. "Hallo zusammen. Wir wollten einen großen Dank sagen für einen unseren schönsten Urlauben die wir je unternommen haben. Der Service und das Ambiente im Hotel war herausragend gut und das ist zu 100 Prozent verdient, deshalb haben wir es mit 5 Sterne bewertet. Sie haben uns alle Wünsche erfüllt und alle Mitarbeiter haben uns das Gefühl gegeben als wären wir Zuhause, wie eine große Familie. Dafür wollten wir uns ganz herzlich Bedanken. "We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad...

We woke up each morning to pleasant birdsong and were welcomed by the shimmering blue of their 130m swimming pool as we enjoyed our morning swim. Whether we explored the area by foot as waves lapped at our feet, or took a scenic ride to the nearest shop or activity, LE MENARA is conveniently situated. The poolside villa we stayed at was very comfortable and spacious, always refreshed to our liking....

"You do not get a room you get a little house with outdoor shower. A big terrace with very comfortably lounge chairs Thai style. Surroundings are green and lush and in the lake you see fish catching insects. The only “noice” are birds singing. The beach is a 10 minute walk where the ThaiLife lunch and dinner place is. "Excellent check in and very accommodating staff. Rooms are basic yet comfortable and clean. Hot water with shower and great sized fridge. There were three really sweet dogs in the surrounding area and I particularly liked how the staff at hotel appeared to be looking out for these strays, said a lot about the staff at the hotel so got big thumbs up from me. There's a selection of items that can be purchased to eat or drink at reasonable cost. Staff member on check on was super helpful...
