"Frühstück war frisch und lecker.
Der Wasserhahn in unserem Zimmer (688) ist kaputt, das Wasser fließt seitlich raus und von unten ist es auch undicht. Bitte reparieren um Wasser zu sparen.
Jakuzzi im Bad hat leider auch nicht funktioniert.
Ansonsten sehr schönes Zimmer, schalldicht und bequemes Bett."

"The staff was so accommodating, the hotel was immaculately clean, we had an issue with our room, and the hotel immediately helped upgrade our room and move our items. I would probably never come back to Hanoi because of a few bad experiences with locals outside of the hotel but if I did I would definitely stay here."

"I had an excellent experience with the hotel staff—their courtesy and warm welcome truly stood out. They were always proactive in offering help and went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable.
What impressed me most was their willingness to suggest great tourist spots and guide us with genuine care. Their support made the entire stay much more enjoyable.
