"A little apprehensive when we first approached and checked in. But that soon went away when we went into our mini apartment. It was great and in fantastic condition. We stayed in the Viva property which im guessing was quite new.
Staff were super friendly.

"Problem with the staff understanding the Expedia reservation and staff not speaking English. Once we convinced them we had 2 rooms for 3 days, things went well and facilities were fine."

"Lo escogimos para desconectar de todo, es un resort increíble, aunque no muy grande; lástima que lloviera. Está fuera de la provincia de Phuket, así que cualquier excursión cobraría un extra por recoger. Cerca hay el pueblo de Kho Kloi, nada interesante. Sólo recomendable para desconexión total, porque los taxis a Phuket y al aeropuerto son muy caros por las distancias."

"Very quiet hotel on a beach that they keep clean. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice and attentive. We had a few meals at the restaurant which seemed 50/50. The room service wasn't worth it as it arrived cold and old both times even though the kitchen is 50’ away and we were one of a handful of guests. No excuse. Chose not to eat at the restaurant after trying one last chance…papaya salad…not good. except for breakfast which was decent.
The pool is nice but its a club I guess and so...

Filthy, mould on all walls. No duvet covers.
Pool green and stagnant. Was stuck there for the night and quite frankly couldn't sleep and didn't want to use sink with mould in it in morning.

"La playa terriblemente sucia, llegando al hotel corrimos a ver el mar y oh decepción, basura por donde quiera. Aunque sea la playa pública, el hotel debería intervenir para limpiarla y conservarla limpia al menos por responsabilidad social y la imagen ante sus huéspedes, pero al parecer no es importante para ellos. "
"Amplio, bonito, alberca grande, vistas buna comida, solo que está alejado de lo turístico, que para entrar está fea la avenida y sin luz, y los restaurantes tiene precios altos, hay pocas opciones de restaurantes a tu alrededor.!el resort para estar ahí muy recomendado.!"
