"Room was good though quite small. Annoying problem: there are no bedside tables!! Bathroom was excellent, with tub and separate shower. Excellent water pressure. Hot water availability was hit or miss. Pool was nice. Exercise room was non-functional; one treadmill and one exercise bike unplugged and just sitting there. Warning if you are at all mobility impaired: there are four steep, narrow steps to get to the rooms, with no railing and no way around them! Staff was pleasant and mostly helpful,...

"I booked this room based on the Google Maps location so that we would be within walking distance to the Water Buffalo Racing Festival. The location on Google showed .5km, the actual distance from the festival was 7.1kms, NOT walking distance.
We also didn’t enjoy waiting for 30 minutes for a staff member to show up for our check in. Another guest was waiting too, but walked away after waiting longer than us.
And finally, after a long drive, I didn’t notice until the next day that the staff...

"There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. Skum of the earth and Expedia is doing nothing about it .. your cowards. Even with vid and pics and the fact the apt had nothing as discribed in ad "

"This is my favorite hotel in Pattaya. The property is very clean and the manager MIA is great! Very friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying her again in the near future. "
