"The perfect position in the centre of the city. Shops and restaurants close by. Relish Cafe a few doors down under the chemist warehouse has lovely food for lunch and a delicious breakfast. The guys behind the counter were very helpful and up for creating what I asked for"

"I always try and stay here when I’m in Wellington but wow the property is starting to age. Tiles coming away in the shower, damaged sinks, frayed bedding and damaged carpets at entryways and stains everywhere. It really needs an upgrade already. Not worth what they charge anymore even though the location is amazing and the overall vibe is still awesome. "

"While the room and the property was decent enough, the shower in the bathroom was filthy. We ended up scrubbing the walls of the shower ourselves, cleaning off layers of mold and mildew. We never had the chance to discuss it with the front desk as it is really tough to find anybody at the front desk anytime we walked through the lobby. Other than the shower the rest of the room seemed to be decent enough."

"Fantastic service and staff and great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable but we were not a fan of the bathroom situation. Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. "Stayed here with my 8 year old daughter for her birthday and it was fantastic! Staff are very friendly, room was lovely, food was great. The chocolate hour was a big hit and one of the best buffet breakfasts Iv ever had. We didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back!"
