"The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. "Great hotel with wonderful people. Spacious room, comfortable and well maintained, plus a lovely balcony. Peaceful location slightly away from the main tourist centre but an easy walk and very close to bus stops. Would definitely come back and stay longer. Really appreciated the friendly welcome."

"Poor service..staff was not present at check in or check out"

"The room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the sea. The bed was comfortable and had a great two nights of sleep. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of variety. "EVERYTHING was great. The food was amazing! It was family friendly and the staff was very nice"

"friendly staff- beautiful location"

"The place is close to most places in the Galilee area and is great for families with kids. The view of the lake from the dining room is fantastic but you don't have access to the water. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only drawback was that we found the AC made the room initially too cold so we turned it off. There are lots of places to go for walks and a canoe/paddle boarding rental near by access from Yardenit down the road."

"awesome architecture and character"

"Long time to check in"

"Très bel hôtel , dans un coin calme . Chambre agréable et bonne literie Les espaces extérieurs sont très bien entretenu et très joli . Juste des grues en raison d une construction en face , mais qui ne gênera pas le site . Petit déjeuner excellent en qualité et quantité . Personnel agréable . Hôtel que je recommande"
