"This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. "We had a fantastic stay on Whidbey Island! The pictures of the house do not do it justice; it’s so clean and comfortable and the views are spectacular! There were bath products in the showers that smelled heavenly and it had olive oil, salt and pepper and a nice selection of spices. I wish I could have stayed longer and would not hesitate to recommend Sal’s place!"

"The property was perfection! The BEST location and absolutely immaculate and beautiful! The historic building has been lovingly restored and decorated with every detail in mind. We loved hearing the water lapping on the shore with gorgeous views of the water. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample pillows and blankets. The welcome bottle of wine was also a great amenity. We loved our stay and will definitely return."

"This is a very well decorated comfortable cabin/house. The only problem we had was the bathrooms. Because of our age they were not easy to use. Also the jet flyovers were very loud. A walk in shower in the guest bathroom and taller toilets would be a good improvement."
