Spacious Condo in River Run and Walking Distance to Keystone Base Area!

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a sleeper sofa, and a Murphy bed. The king bed features a NEW mattress for ultimate comfort. Enjoy a private balcony overlooking River Run Village with scenic slope views to the south. Located on the quiet side of the building ensuring a relaxing stay. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Arapahoe Lodge offers shared amenities including a sauna and hot tub. Additional access to Dakota Lodge shared amenities.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. Near the dining area is a queen-sized Murphy bed as well. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers beautiful views of River Run Village and slope views to the south.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four, with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. This condo features two full bathrooms ensuring no long waits in the morning while getting ready for a day out on the slopes. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The spacious primary suite features a king-sized bed with NEW mattress and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.

Great Location - Needs updating

If you intent is to hit the slopes, this is a great place to stay. Less than a 5 minute walk from the room to the lifts. General store is on the bottom level of the building that made getting a few things very convenient. Covered parking was great considering it snowed a couple of feet during our stay. The unit is a short walk to everything in River Run. Again, location is amazing.However, there is some updating that needs to be done. The bedding was not the most comfortable (master topper needs replacing, couch foldout and murphy bed mattresses need a little work as well). Couch and chairs were a little dated, dinning table was shaky, and a few other minor things. Laundry was not ideal as there was one washer and dryer per floor. Made washing and drying difficult/impossible. All of the family's ski gear would not fit in the lockers provided; however, we were able to store some of it in the vehicle which was parked in covered and heated garage. A few things that were out of the owners control were disappointing. Elevator did not work one day, two of the three dryers in the building did not work, the lobby area was being worked on, etc. However, that was not on the renter, it was on the facility. Overall, simply for the location, it was a great rental. We had the maximum of six people and felt a little cramped when were were all there at the same time, but we certainly made the most of the experience.

Excellent Ski Vacation

We had an incredible experience at the Arapahoe Lodge accommodations in Keystone! The property is a very short walk to the River Run gondola. Our rental was clean and the service from the management company was professional and timely. We couldn't be happier with our choice! We would highly recommend this to all seeking an easy, pleasant, and carefree rental.

We enjoyed our stay. However, I’ll knock off a star as the property needs to replace the electrical outlets in the condo. Many of them are worn and won't hold a plug. It's a challenge to find outlets to plug things in to. At best it's an inconvenience, at worst it's a code violation. Replacing outlets is a low hanging fruit repair that doesn’t take long at all. Several reviews call this out. Also, a few of the shades are broken and let light in during the morning hours. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and in a great location. The pool/hot tub are nice, and the Peking garage is convenient.

Great Location

The building is in a great location close to the River Run Gondola, rentals, shops and restaurants. The parking and ski lockers all were easily accessible. Although the common area is tight on space, the sleeping arrangements with the one bedroom plus murphy bed in the dining area worked well for us. We did not use the sleeper sofa. The furniture/decor is a bit dated but the beds weren't uncomfortable like some units that have not been updated in a while. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and appliances. The hot tub was not operational but they arranged to allow use of the facilities at the Dakota Lodge next door (which was better anyway as they have 2 hot tubs and a heated pool). This unit is at the corner of the the main square so there can be some noise from outside at night but there isn't a lot of late night activity at Keystone in general. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could.

From check in, to comfort, location, and amenities, this place has it all.

The location is at the base of the slopes of Keystone right in the heart of one of its many villages. Easy parking and a small elevator right up, you are there. The place is spacious with a living room, dining space, balcony, kitchen, two bathrooms, and a private bedroom. There is a hide-a-way bed in the wall, right behind the dining space. Whatever you need to cook with is there and plenty of countertop space. Pool area has 2-3 hot tubs, heated pool and towels. Kid loved it. Cannot recommend enough.

Comfy and just right for 2 people

Cool little spot. The Murphy bed isn’t the softest, actually pretty firm but luckily for me I prefer a firm bed. The bed in the bedroom was very nice and comfy. We did sorta struggle to figure out where to put the dinning table and chair with the Murphy bed down but it was only 2 of us, so having it in a inconvenient spot wasn’t too bothersome. I was so relieved to see that box fans were provided, I run hot, especially at night so that was nice. My only complaint is the outlets, they were very loose, so loose that most I tried to use the plug would literally fall out. The outlets in the kitchen and bathroom were normal but I don’t want to charge my phone in the kitchen or bathroom. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the facilities are nice.

Great getaway

This condo was perfect for the week. The location is in the middle of little shops in keystone. It was just my husband and I but there was room for more although I think it might have been a little crowded. The only thing I would have changed was to move the tv down a little but this didn’t really matter much because we didn’t watch much tv. The location is a good starting spot to go hiking or go into Dillon or brackenridge. Kitchen had everything we needed

Great communication!

I was texted throughout the stay. My check in envelope wasn’t there but the manager was texting and got it figured out within minutes. When we got in the property was cozy which made us want to change to late check out—I texted the manager again and was able to change to late check out (with a small fee). Place was very close to everything! Ate and Kickapoo Tavern and had a drink at Montezuma. Slept great! Checkout process was very easy! Would stay here again!

Great location for skiing

Location is the best feature. Steps from the elevator, steps from the front door and a short walk to the River Run lift. Bedroom and Murphy beds were very comfortable. As noted by other guests, the unit is in serious need of a few thousand dollars’ worth of owner maintenance. The majors: The dishwasher did not dispense any detergent (yuk!), and the electric radiators, except the one in the bathroom, stopped working on the second day. Fortunately, the SCMR staff gave us a space heater which provided adequate heat for the duration of our stay. We only found one electrical outlet that was not so worn out that it would hold our boot warmer battery pack without falling out of the receptacle.

Good location. About 5 min walk to gondola.

Great location. Had everything we needed. Great set up for skiing, Room had tons of space for wife and I. Might be crowded for two couples. We enjoyed our time there. Only suggestion would be change out the carpet. Not a good choice for a ski resort with ski boots etc. Also be prepared for soft bed. Thanks for the good time.
