River Run Condo Close to Gondola, Shops & Dining w/ Courtyard Views!

This fully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo (renovated in 2025) sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy modern finishes throughout, along with a private balcony overlooking the courtyard. Ideally situated in River Run Village, you're just steps from shops, restaurants, and year-round local festivities—and only a short walk to the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill also offers fantastic shared amenities, including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway features mounted hooks and a bench, providing convenient storage as you come and go. In the living area, relax in front of the flat-screen TV and beautiful gas fireplace, or pull out the queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Extra sheets and blankets are provided in the closet. Step onto the private balcony to take in serene courtyard views and a peek at the shared hot tubs below.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and tableware you’ll need for meals at home. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four. The bathroom offers a clean, modern space with a pedestal sink, shower/tub combination, plush towels, and a starter supply of toiletries. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a wall-mounted flat screen TV, offering a cozy and updated retreat.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older.

**Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** Our ultra-premium linens feature oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after every guest.

No hot water the first morning. Internet never worked. Change machine in the laundry room took my dollar and gave me no change. Everything else was ok. Location is great.

Great location, needs updating.

The location in River Run was great. Silvermill is an older building with worn carpet. The condo itself had new floors, a newer couch and bedroom furniture. However the couch is more of a show piece, not very comfortable. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and the sheets worn with staining. The bathroom sink is awkwardly short, the tub was stained and the towels had stains and were very worn and small.

So nice being in walking distance of the lifts! We made all our own meal so it was nice having a well equipped kitchen. The roll-out bed was comfortable. Good piece of mind having a secure, protected garage handy to the room.

Nice unit

Check-in was pretty easy. The unit was better equipped than many, and the bed was nice. We've stayed in other River Run units that badly needed furniture updates - not a problem here. This is specific to the building, not this unit, but the ski lockers are undersized. Our locker would barely hold three sets of skis and poles, and nothing else. I don't know how a group larger than three could accommodate gear. Also specific to this building, the elevators move at a snail's pace, and the stairway exits are a little bit confusing.

Really cool condo. Great bed. Small but perfect for 2. View is of buildings and hot tub. No air conditioning. Good communication. Stores and restaurants close early. No close grocery store really. Breathtaking views.

Great condo!

This unit was very conveniently located - in the village close to gondola. The kitchen was relatively well equipped. The unit and the building were well cared for and clean. The king size bed filled most of the bedroom and my wife who is 5'2" did not find it easy to get into it - we would have preferred a smaller bed and thus more room to put our stuff.

Nice place. Clean, well maintained, fully stocked. 2nd floor, windows looking over the hot tabs. Next to the staircase, so it’s very quick to get it out with the skis. The only issue is that the chandelier in the living room is too low. Watch your head :)

We loved staying here because of how close everything was at River Run. The underground heated parking was also nice. This was our first trip to Keystone and because of the location of this property we felt close to all the action!

What We Expect at Silver Mill

Walked into this condo and got what we expected; great service, secluded location from the River Run plaza and easy access to amenities. Very comfy and cozy layout with mountain flair - we will be back again soon for another ski trip!

Great place to stay.

This place was perfect for me and my son for a quick ski trip. I was convenient to get to the slopes and to the shops and restaurants. If you're taking a shuttle from the airport, just be sure to let them know you'll have to stop to get your check in packet before going to the condo since it's not onsite.

Ski Trip

Nice location- Keystone is a good ski mountain! Condo was very loud - it looks over 3 outdoor jacuzzis that people were partying in till 11pm! Shower head is awful - no pressure. Bathroom sink clogged. Village of Keystone has Very Limited Restaurant choices and condo is really not that equipped for cooking.
