This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with a king bed, two queen-sized beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features vaulted ceilings and a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Private laundry and garage. The private deck offers beautiful mountain views. Enjoy the quiet location or take advantage of the nearby shuttle and be anywhere in the resort within minutes. Settler’s Creek offers shared amenities including a heated pool and 2 hot tubs.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

The spacious entryway offers three sets of mounted hooks, a bench and storage cubbies for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the living area that features large windows allowing plenty of natural light and beautiful views. There is a flat screen TV next to a gas fireplace with stone surround. The sofa can pull out into a queen-sized bed. Extra linens are in a closet.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats eight. Just off the dining area is the private deck with beautiful views. The first of three full bathrooms is also on this main level and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There’s a private washer and dryer, and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

The primary suite is on the main level and features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a flat screen TV. The gorgeous en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with a glass enclosure. Upstairs on the third level are two guest bedrooms. Both feature queen-sized beds on our Ivory White Bedding program. Both bedrooms also have flat screen TVs and share a bathroom that has double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

The location of the property was fantastic! Very easy to get in and out of whether you are heading towards Dillon or A basin. So much room in this property! All of the bedrooms were great size, and everything was super clean. The unit was well stocked with cooking utensils and such. They were also plenty of fans and humidifiers for our use as well as lots of extra blankets. Any time we had any questions, they were answered right away and with such a great attitude. The pool and hot tubs are only about a minute and a half walk away. I would definitely recommend this and will 100% be planning to book this again!

The stay was great. The house had plenty of room and it was well kept. the hot tub was so close to this unit it was great. Nice to come back to after a long day on the slopes. The only down side is if you’re coming with a group there can only be two cars. there is no overflow parking, no street parking, no guest spot etc. most likely you won’t have that problem.

Great stay for my daughters and I. It was quite a bit farther up the road into the mountain that I realized. Still only a 5-10 min drive to ski parking lot. There are 3 flights of stairs from garage to main floor as an fyi. Beds were comfortable, view was gorgeous and staff responsive when my daughter locked us out. Would def stay again!

We throroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was outstanding and a very cozy place to hang out with our family. With easy access to Keystone and A Basin, the location was great. The coffee table books were an extra bonus that made the stay even more enjoyable.

Great communication, clean & well-maintained - loved spending our week in CO here! This is our third time staying in this neighborhood & we enjoyed this property the most. You feel like you’re staying in the mountains surrounded by forest with a river running through it & a pool for the kiddos to swim in - doesn’t get much better! The hardwood floors & white hotel bedding were especially nice. Would absolutely stay here again!

The townhome was wonderful! We were celebrating my mom's 75th birthday as a surprise and it couldn't have gone more perfect! The early check-in arrangements were a little rocky to start off, but everything worked out very well! We couldn't find a can opener in the kitchen and one quick text and one appeared like magic! We were so impressed. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Memorable weekend!

Perfect for summer hiking, biking and sightseeing. We visited in late August, after school resumed. No crowds, very quiet, this is what we wanted. Located among several 14,000 foot peaks, which we hiked. Easy access to I-70 and Breckenridge. Very nice!

Lights bulbs out in kitchen, fan in master bedroom didn’t work?? Basic things that should have been included. My car didn’t fit in the tiny garage, parking sucked. Was not told that pool and pool table room were closed.. I would not have rented and won’t rent here again.

Our family of six (four kids ranging from 10-2) had a great stay. The condo was very comfortable and had plenty of everything we needed (with the small exception of not having any pot holders or a can opener). We had one small issue early on that was fixed easily and quickly. We loved the location, most of all. The complex was quiet and we were very close to a lot of great hiking / off roading trails, though we also felt close enough to town. Our family enjoyed the Settlers Creek nature trail and had so much fun playing in the river each day. We would highly recommend staying here!!

We had a fantastic time! We love Keystone. When the grill ran out of propane we contacted property manager and it was fixed! There was another incident with an alarm going off a building down and it was taken care of too! Not only did we have a great time with great lodgings, the property management company was great too!
