Keystone Condo Next to Lifts & Shuttle Stop, Private Balcony w/ Great Views!

This spacious studio condo sleeps 6 with a queen bed, a queen Murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features slope views from the balcony and windows. Extensive remodel in winter, 2020. You’re just steps from the lifts and a two-minute drive from River Run Village or Lakeside Village. Slopeside Condominiums offers shared amenities, including two rooftop hot tubs.

The entryway has hooks for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area has a mounted smart TV, a queen bed, a queen Murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. There's a beautiful armoire. Winter 2020 updates for this room: new paint, molding, carpet, blankets and comforters, mattress for queen bed, Murphy bed, armoire, and lighting. The private balcony offers slope views and new Adirondack chairs.

The kitchenette is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It has a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, and dishwasher. Winter 2020 updates for the kitchen include new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, appliances, flooring, touchless faucet, and cookware. There's a new four-person dining table and chairs in the living area. The bathroom features a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. The bathroom has new paint, mirrors, lighting, fan, and hair dryer. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

The location is amazing! We had 3 kids taking snowboarding lessons and this condo is right across from the school. Wish I had brought my binoculars so I could watch my kids from the balcony.

Everything was excellent. Check-in process was easy, the condo was perfect for our group. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony in the morning with our coffee and evenings after dinner. Taking nice walks around the property and with the Snake river right next to us was awesome. We also enjoyed the hot tub.

It was a great location for my time in Keystone! I would stay there again. The check in and out is very simple. Read the directions three times before going to the location. It is very unique location between two sky runs. Nice deck to have coffee in the morning or wine for the evening.

Wonderful stay!

This place was the perfect location and amenities for our family of 5 (kids 10, 12, 15)!!! Sunshine on the balcony and watching the Peru lift were fun bonuses that we hadn’t expected :)

Perfect location for ski getaway!

We loved staying at the condo in Slopeside. The view was beautiful. The very short walk to the Peru express lift was perfect. Being located directly across from the adaptive center is very convenient. We really liked having the lockers on the garage. Hope to return again next winter!

Great location and spacious property

This property effectively use the available room space provided functional and comfort living space. Ski locker is steps away from ski school. After a long day at the slope, we can store our ski gears at the street level locker before heading back to room.

Beware of the checkin time and process

The condo was spacious for a studio and was mostly clean (carpet stained and needs replacing, bathroom towel racks coming off wall, wall in bathroom dirty). I was shocked at the checkin time advertised as 5pm on listing but actually 4:30pm. This is an extremely late checkin. We asked for earlier as we were only staying one night. Since I am a past investment property owner in Keystone, I know that there are not many people in Keystone at this time of year and early checkin it should be an easy accommodation. Turns out if you check in early you have to pay $15/hr! For what?? I accommodated hundreds of early checkins at my property for free. If the unit is ready, it is ready. Additionally it took us 50 minutes to find the unit and garage entrance. We had key codes that we didn’t need or use. Bits and pieces of info were put in various places; text messages, on the parking pass, in the online guestbook, in the arrival package. Nothing was in ONE source. This property management company is doing an injustice to the owners of this condo and to the short term renters. I will never rent another unit from this company or will rent from a company that CHARGES for early checkin especially in the off season. Frustrated!!

Wonderful property, beautiful views!

Myself, my husband, and our 4 teenagers just stayed overnight, but it was a wonderful and comfortable staying. The studio had everything needed to make a nice supper for the family and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Beds were soooo comfy tootoo!

VERY Comfortable

This was our first stay in a studio condo BUT we were very surprised at how much space there was for all of our gear. We loved how close we were to the lifts and would recommend this place to anyone.

Loved this cozy condo!

We absolutely loved staying here! The proximity to the slopes, hot tub, laundry, and ease of access to the ski locker was perfect! We loved that we could cook all our meals with the fully stocked kitchen that includes a nice stove and oven. We can't wait to come back!! We used the extra set of sheets on the couch so my son amd daughter could have their own beds. It was a great way to set up a studio.
