Ideally Located Keystone Condo w/ Mountain Views, Shared Pool & Hot Tub!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful slope views from the private balcony. It's nearly equal distance from River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area. Plus, it's a short drive from Arapahoe Basin. Oro Grande Lodge offers shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features a smart TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off of the living area is the private balcony that offers amazing ski slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The full bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The bedroom is just down the hall and across from the bathroom. It features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. It also offers beautiful slope views from the windows.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Nice loacation ski/board condo

Loved the condo and the location. Great hot tub and pool for apres skiing. Only issues were the heat was high and could not be adjusted. Had to open screen door because bedroom windows would not open - seemed broken. Other than that the condo was well stoked for cooking and nice size for a family. Also the tub did not drain well which was annoying.

Fantastic Place, and HEATED Garage!!

I missed the heated garage in the property description, but when we got there and discovered that we were so thrilled. Especially because it was a cold, snowy night but the next morning our car was nice and warm and no cleaning snow off of it. By heated, they mean it - it's like 65 degrees! Be sure you aren't out past around 6-7pm, because it does fill up so you won't get a spot and will have to park outdoors.Besides the garage, this place was awesome. It's super quick and easy to get to, is set up so nice (including the kitchen), and the bathroom is huge. It was very clean and had all the sheets, towels, soap, everything we needed. The building also has an indoor pool and hot tub which is great. Communications from the property manager were excellent. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future!

Summit County Adventure Trip

This property was in a perfect location for my trip to Summit County!! Lots of activities to do all close by!! The property was amazing! The condo was plenty of room for just me and was very clean and well kept. The property manager was very quick to respond for needs and was very friendly and helpful! I had such a great time staying here that I will definitely be back to stay for future visits.

Great unit in Keystone

Very well-kept unit in Keystone. Great communication and close to everything. Only issue is it’s close to Route 6, so if you have the windows or patio door open you get road noise early in the morning.

We would stay again! Awesome place!

We stayed at Oro Grande and it was great! Great place to stay and they were extremely easy to communicate with when we had issues and make it right. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Better than advertised

This rental was better than advertised. Great home base to go skiing for the day and then shop in Dillon. The check-in and check-out was easy, the unit was clean, and it has one of the best equipped rental kitchens that I've ever cooked in (e.g., sharp knives, citrus squeezer, three types of coffee makers, a blade coffer grider, good pans, etc.). To comment on a few other reviews: yes it was warm when we checked in because they turned the fireplace on to greet us but it cooled off quick enough. There is road noise but it didn't bother us and it was barely noticeable outside of prime pre/post ski commuting hours. Will stay here again!!

This was a really nice condo with everything you might need and very convenient for getting around Summit County. Being next to the road there was traffic noise but you expect that if you book something on a Highway.

Great location, spit-spot clean and roomy

Loved the location, parking, cleanliness, and how they hosts have thought of everything one would need to stay here. They even have a crib, extension cords, scissors....you know...all of those odd things one needs when away from home. However, the thermostat is set at 72* and no matter if we set it at 50* it was still 72* even when we had hot days this week in the mountains! Too hot to sleep!

Great getaway with a mountain view

Property was spacious, cleaned well, bright and everything was functional in the kitchen. Access from the Garage involved stairs-should be noted. Keystone Mountain view-should be noted. The heating stayed above 70* all the time-thermostat might not function. Light above stove top stayed ON-would be problematic for those using the hide-a-bed. Humidifier-not functional. Very nice for a family or two couples as the bathroom, kitchen and living spaces were large.

Great location For Keystone Co

Very pleasant… just need minor repairs, but didn’t hinder my stay. Great space and easy access to elevators. I highly recommend this property. Great Balcony View!

Recommended as a long vacation rental

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. I had some altitude sickness due to elevation but the owner had fans and humidifiers in places. Me and my husband were working from here at first the internet was not working but the owner and management is extremely proactive and resolved the issue in couple of hours. I would definitely recommend this for long stays.
